Website said it was in stock but that’s not true. Took my money and all they can say is I have to wait until they get a shipment No idea how well it will work

The items were as ordered but one of the rails had the hole drilled wrong. Caused problems installing to where I had to order another replacement part. Then they sent parts to wrong address after they sent original openers to the right address.

It's the best garage Door opener that I have ever own , I'm glad that I bought a Genie. You got a new customer for life .

The product was fine but, why not just include the extra piece in the kit to begin with. Sketchy boys...very Sketchy

Simply swap one section of rail and the longer belt provided in the kit and you have everything you need for an 8 foot door. Easy as pie !!

This product is actually what will be needed for a 8 ft door. Company sent it out as promised. I’m very pleased with this product
