Extension allowed me to go directly behind the beam in my garage ceiling. A 4” hole was cut in the beam previously which fit the opener carriage tube perfectly. Very happy Much quieter than my last opener

The items were as ordered but one of the rails had the hole drilled wrong. Caused problems installing to where I had to order another replacement part. Then they sent parts to wrong address after they sent original openers to the right address.

Simply swap one section of rail and the longer belt provided in the kit and you have everything you need for an 8 foot door. Easy as pie !!

It should have came with the opener to begin with but it does work well in my applications with 8ft garage doors.

The product was fine but, why not just include the extra piece in the kit to begin with. Sketchy boys...very Sketchy

the door struggles to open as these bars flex up down and sideways causing door to pull crooked and jam

I recieved it within a few days and i installed my new garage door opener with no problem by myself.
