I bought some and when I used it, the next morning my whole face was peeling and even after putting on soothing moisturizer, burns so bad. I can't even be in sunlight because it hurts so much. I normally have horribly oily skin and after just the one use, my skin is so dry and irritated, you'd think my face was naturally this dry. Be careful.

Great at removing makeup but shortly afterwards around my nose got horrible bumps that became painful. Weeks have gone by and cant get rid of them. Also two small bumps by eyelids have appeared that are painful and eyes have becomeextremely dry. Didnt realize. It was wipes causing problems till I looked up other reviews. Will have yo seek medical attention.

I've been using this produce for at least 7 years. Anytime I've tried a cleansing cloth other than Neutrogena I've always been disappointed. They do not clean as well and the clothe is never as gentle as the Neutrogena product. At 60 years old, my skin is smooth and wrinkle free and I believe this product is a contributing factor. Keep up the good work!

I started using these in the fall and couldn't figure out why I smelled like a man. Then I realized it was these wipes. I could deal with it for awhile, but the last pack I got is unbearable and burns my eyes. I can barely see after I use them. If they're meant to be used on your eyes, I don't think they should have any fragrance.

I use this a lot when I don't feel like actually washing my face and it definitely works. All of my makeup comes off EASILY. Even waterproof mascara, it just takes a little bit more work. I can use 1/8 of the wipe to get all of my makeup off which really helps me save money on it. It does leave sort of an oil residue on my face but I just have to rinse it off so it's okay. I totally recommend this to people!

I purchased these makeup remover wipes about 2 weeks ago. For the first week or so I was pleased with their results. But a few days ago I began to notice some puffiness underneath my eyes. I stopped using the wipes immediately. The next day the swelling was accompanied by redness, scaliness, and itching. Today the swelling has been so severe that my vision has been obstructed from the swelling of my eyelids....both top and bottom. This product should be recalled until such time the company can determine which of its ingredient(s) are harming so many of their consumers.

I too have used these makeup remover towelettes for years with no problem. I really liked them, but ended up with a very bad rash and swelling on my face, eyes and neck. The package I had just bought was LOT2357NK 15 09 : 18. I am now taking medicine to stop the intense swelling and itching. I still like the product and will go back to it after this all clears up, as I am hoping it was just a bad batch.

I think this could be a great product for someone with dry skin. My skin stays normal, except around my nose it gets a little oily once in a while. I bought these hoping for a quick fix for makeup removal, because I hardly ever remember to wash my face before bed. Since using them, my relatively clear skin has turned red and is covered in acne. It is now very oily. I've stopped using them, and going to stick with the tried and true face and body bar for acne. However, that is just my experience. I don't reccomend this for me or others with normal or oily skin, but I do reccomend it for those with dry or sensitve skin. As far as quality, it removes makeup very well without harsh rubbing, the cloth holds up well and has a light scent.

The ‘new and improved' makeup remover wipes are completely different than the original. They are terribly thin and barely take off half the makeup on my face. They grab at my jewelry as they are so thin that they have little holes in the cloth. And the smell is noxious.

I have always loved these wipes, up until a couple of months ago I noticed my face, neck, and behind my ears (where I wipe only these wipes) on my skin. I had no clue what this reaction was to. They were tiny bumps that made my skin feel rough and very dry. I recently just saw a post similar to the reaction i had/ have right now again and it all makes sense. I don't know what has changed, but don't buy right now. I have used the same makeup products for over 2 years, and cetaphil face wash& face/body lotion and my body is perfectly fine. Therefore, I know it is the wipes. I have noticed my skin getting a burning sensation as well when I use these wipes, especially around the eyes. Maybe different ingredients are being used.
