I had previously gotten a box of the Member's Mark makeup wipes and they were great!! When I went to reorder they were not available so I ordered these. They are TERRIBLE. I do not wear much makeup and even after using 3-4 wipes I still have makeup left on my face. My daughter just told me yesterday how these do not work at all.

Product was dried out.

They changed the wipes and supposedly better?! Now I have acne and my face is dry. I have never had dry skin or acne. Wipes are smaller n drier. I wish they wouldn't have changed been using this product for YEARS never had a problem! Throwing them away! Awful!!!!

I used to use this everyday. It was gentle and smelled wonderful. Suddenly it smells horrible and burns my skin and eyes. I did a search to see if my package was counterfeit. It would make sense, since there are suddenly only 21 towelettes in the package, instead of 25. But, no. I see that you've really destroyed a wonderful product. I hope you don't do this with other time-tested Neutrogena products. I've been a fan all my life and I would hate to stop using everything you make.

I wasn't wearing ANY make-up for over 4 yrs. I decided to buy the mascara I used to use and apply it lightly. I also bought this product for easy removal not knowing it had ANY fragrance in it. I wiped my eye and it started to burn. After finishing both eyes I had to rinse them with cool water and lightly dab them dry. I will be returning this product.

I've used other brands of remover towelettes before,but none like this! It takes off everything,even the new 24 hour eye makeup that's out there! I love it's fresh scent. My only problem is that it took me so long to try these towelettes.I'm never going back!

I was a fan until unfortunately the formulation changed. I compared the ingredient list to that of my last pack and noticed they added cyclopentasiloxane and switched the fragrance. I used one wipe from a new pack and my skin is irritated and burning. The fragrance is overpowering. I've washed my face several times and can't seem to get rid of the horrible smell. This will be my last time purchasing these wipes. I'm very dissapointed with Neutrogena.

I have been using these for years because I could find nothing that worked as well or left my skin feeling as soft. Over the past month my eyelids have been burning and peeling after use. I saw there any reason why these are still on the market? Did you change the formula? I am really concerned with all the reactions I'm seeing here. I thought it was just me but apparently I'm not alone.

I've used these wipes for about 2 years now & about a year ago I started having issues with my eye lids. They were serverly irritated, red, itchy & had a crust like glue on them. Nothing helped & I had this problem for like 8 months. I went to eye doctors multiple times & they prescribed me multiple medications that just didn't work. I never imagined it'd be the wipes that I've used for years. One day I decided to eliminate on thing a week to see if I could find the problem & sure enough it was the wipes. I haven't used them since & my eyes are back to normal.

I've been using this product for a few year. I've never had any problems till now. I got the 125 box, like I always do and I noticed my skin was getting a bit red. I didn't realize it was the towelettes causing the problem till I went to the doctor and found out I had an allergic reaction on my skin and eyes. If I could get my money back, I WOULD!!
