Have used these for years and loved them. The “new and improved” version leaves a lot to be desired!! They are rough, dry, my skin and eyes are beyond irritated and the smell is strong, enough to cause a headache. Beyond disappointed!! PLEASE go back to the original formula! In the meantime I'm on the hunt for a new product.

I'm a long time user of these wipes as they were the only wipes I could use on my face. UNTIL this most recent pack. I noticed that the packaging was new (updated) but thought nothing of it, because I didn't think their formula would be different. Well it burnt my entire face and neck. It started with my eyelids and they are so swollen right now it hurts to see. Then it broke me out in an allergic reaction all over my face and neck. It has been 3 days and it won't go away. I'm so disappointed. I still have a whole pack that I can't even use. What happened Neutrogena??!!

I have been using Neutrogena products for years and have always had great results! I bought two packs the other day one for me and the other for my daughter. These makeup wipes were so abrasive on my skin and they actually hurt when I applied them. Forget about trying to remove eye makeup that is when the real problems began! My eyes became red, itchy and puffy. I am so disappointed in this product. It does the opposite of what I was looking for. Instead of being gentle on my skin it was super abrasive. If you have sensitive skin STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!

I was surprised that this wipe was larger than most I've tried -- large enough to remove all my make-up, including mascara. There is a fragrance, but to me it is not offensive. Had no stinging or burning reaction as others have reported (and I have sensitive skin). Definitely worth a try!!

Whatever neutrogena has done to these new wipes is awful for my eyelids. They feel so much more abrasive and it is harder to get off mascara now. I loved using these because I wear contacts and waterproof mascara….but now I will be switching to a new product because this “new improved” version feels like i'm scraping my eyelids with sandpaper.

Like others have mentioned, these may be ‘new,' but they are not ‘improved.' Have used them for many, many years, but I will not buy another pack until the original formula is back. My skin is now dry, red and burns. The wipes are smaller and have a very abrasive feel to them. Just beyond disappointed.

I have been using these wipes and cleansers for the longest. I had to stop with the makeup wipes because I get hives from them, but they are the only makeup removing wipes I can afford that removes this stubborn waterproof mascaras and makeup. I love the fact that it is very hydrating but as soon as I remove the makeup I must go and wash my face immediately. Before my 40's I used the clear brown colored cleansing bar but it is hard to find now. I wish I could find it again. All and all I still use them I just have to wash it off real quick then follow up with my Triple Age Repair nightly moisturizer. When I first started using it I got some of the same results the hives and an itch but the longer I used it the hives and bumps have left. Maybe it was working from deep within. Who knows but it works.

The new formula is irritating to my face and makes my skin feel like it's burning. The wipes are very dry and thin and it now takes at least 2 wipes to get my makeup off. I've been using these wipes for over a decade but am going to have to find a new product.

I would consider these to be the best makeup wipes on the market as far as makeup wipes that are available at drugstores. These truly do remove makeup (even stubborn waterproof mascara). To remove waterproof mascara a hold the wipe on my eye for a couple seconds to start dissolving the mascara. The best thing about these wipes is that they are so gentle. Many makeup remover wipes make my undereye area sting and burn, but these are gentle and do not do that.

My daughter bought a pack over the weekend and used and started to break out all over. Absolutely terrible! Wouldn't recommend this product to anyone after this. She is in college and very conscientious about her looks. This may not look bad to most but after one use this is unacceptable! No product should ever do this to ANYONE!
