I have really heavy and bad periods and I've tried so many different things to help, but nothing really seems to do the trick. I then tried using tampons while wearing a pad at the same time and it seems to be the only thing that helps. The pads are amazing though. I never have to worry about leaking with them.

I really like Always Infinity Size 4 Overnight Pads with Wings for their comfort and protection, but I have noticed that sometimes they don't stay in place when I'm moving around or sleeping, despite the wings. This can be a bit frustrating, as it leads to potential leaks and discomfort. However, when the pads do stay put, they offer excellent absorbency and keep me feeling fresh. The unscented aspect is still a major advantage for me. Overall, I'd give them four stars, considering both the positives and the occasional slipping issue.

These are ok. They’re not the most comfortable, but they’ll do in an emergency. Don’t really like the material, but. Didn’t really have a problem with leaks, but definitely not as thick is I’d prefer. Really thin. Didn’t have a problem with odor control, did pretty well there.

I am a light bleeder, so it absorbs very easy for me although my friend is a happy bleeder, and these have helped her so much they’re so comfortable. I like forgot I’m wearing them lol. they are very breathable I have been wearing them ever since my first period

I normally like to buy the thick big pads because of a heavy flow and leaking issues. Leaking especially at night. I got these on accident from an online order pickup and had no other option but to try them. I’m sold. I was shocked at what that thin little pad absorbs. It not only absorbed everything to the point where I said to myself do I have to change or no? Pad stayed dry. Not bulky and all the period went to the bottom of the pad. When I would switch it out I was so surprised every time because it still felt like a new pad on. Anyways. Probably too much info about a pad but can’t wear tampons and now I don’t have to have a diaper butt feeling in time for summer. Highly recommend these. I also bought a size 2 to wear towards the end of my flow.

These are amazing pads I love always pads in general and would buy any of their pads but these absorb so well considering how thin they are Very comfortable to wear I even get the ones with no wings to wear as liners cuz I don’t like the regular smaller liners No leakage with these pads and you can move freely wearing them
