I have tried many heavy flow pads to try and find my favorite, and this one was by far the most comfortable. These pads are extremely soft and the flex foam works well to your fit. I did find the wings very noisy and they made a swishing noise when I walked, unlike other pads I have tried. However, I have found that after wearing this pad for around three hours, it starts to rip in the back. The top protective layer stays intact while the foamy absorbent part rips. This definitely bothers me. I may or may not purchase this product again. Overall I would recommend it, but that one major flaw irks me.

I got these from our local hospital's pharmacy. They had been sitting on the shelf for a while and I didn't have much hope, plus they were far cheaper than the tampons I usually get. While wearing these pads you can’t really tell you have one on. They don’t bunch up. I only have leaks with them occasionally and usually while I’m sleeping. They absorb fairly well. Sometimes the blood will stay on top of the pad though but I have that problem with most pads. These are worth buying overall and worth the money!

I need them for the last 3 days which are not as bad (but bad), I need them for those weird days, and I need them for some days while I am at work. I felt very comfortable wearing them.
