[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these about a month ago and I've used them for 2 cycles already and I have to say they are great for the low flow days so thin and not bulky and in a pinch on a heavy flow day just double them up and use two if these are the only ones you have on hand

love this product because i don't have to worry about leaks at night or in the day! it's all just carefree, with no mess to clean. it's a lot easier to go through the day without saying “check me” more than twice and with this pad, i never say it more than once.

I really like these the always infinity size 4 overnight pads with wings, of course unscented, save me for an overnight disaster, especially with a very heavy flow, these seem to pick everything right up, and I've never had an issue with leakage, I love the product and whatever it's made out of it feels so comfortable and I barely feel like I'm wearing anything compared to those who are the same size but feel like I'm wearing a diaper

I used these in high school. They got the job done. Thick and absorbent. They stayed in place and I mostly used them to sleep. They're a good option. However, the parent brand of this product uses harmful practices in developing countries. The products are not regulated and harmful chemicals seep into the products disproportionally targeting reproductive health of these women. This is why I no longer support this brand.

During my second pregnancy I suffered with incontinence issues that were hard to predict. Allergies lead to coughing, and cough lead to…you get it! I found that the overnight Always pads provided the most coverage when standing, sitting or otherwise. Since they are thin and not like the bulky pads of the past, they are comfortable and provide just the right leakage protection.

The wings on this pad are a little long from front to bottom of the pad in my opinion and I have a hard time getting them to wrap around my underwear without coming unstuck and sticking to my skin. Otherwise, the pad is thin but very absorbent and I like that the back is wider to catch more fluid when laying down.
