These are the most comfortable pads I have ever used! The breathable material is the reason I bought these and it doesn't stick to your skin at all like other always pads do. Even though the pads look super thin, they have really good absorbency and never leak!

Listen, if these Always Flex Foam Level 2 pads were a person, they'd be that reliable friend who always has snacks in their bag and never lets you embarrass yourself in public. 😂 These are seriously the best pads I've ever used. They're super thin, but somehow they handle everything without leaking (even on “why am I alive” days), best absorbing pads. I can run around, do errands, or just exist without feeling like I'm sitting in a diaper. No weird bunching, no leaks, no worries. Honestly, these pads understood the assignment, and I'm not going back. 10/10, highly recommend to anyone who's tired of checking their butt every 5 minutes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yeah as one of those girls who has a heavy flow. This is my go to for the almost to the end. Never getting to the point of panty liner flow. Thin because at this point your over your period. They hold on to your panties like you got them hanging off a cliff. These do not budge.

These have great protection and are very leak proof. I've never had an issue with any blood not being absorbed or caught by these pads. My main and only real issue is that the wings are so ridiculous to use. They don't stick well at all and are too long to be realistically attached to the sides of your underwear without the pad starting to fold in on itself vertically. If you wear them with a thong then the sticky part on the bottom will stick to itself and be stuck in a loop around your underwear which is surprisingly hard to undo. One nice quality about these though is the bottom which is sort of transparent but still leak proof because if you flip the pad over when you remove it you can actually see about how much blood it absorbed which is very often a lot more then you can see on just the surface of the pad. This is a great feature in my eyes because I like to be able to see how much I'm bleeding and whether I need to switch to liners or stick with pads or heavier protection.

It feels secure without being restrictive. Breathability: While it's super absorbent, the FlexFoam still allows for decent airflow. It doesn't trap heat the way traditional thick pads can.

I often use these Always flex foam pads when needed, they are super light and absorbent. Wear it alone. I feel so confident because I don't even feel like I'm on my period. Love it. Recommend it. It doesn't make me itch like other products. I will continue to use and recommend it.
