I didn't care for the sour taste but my husband liked it. The easy to use packages are convenient. I liked that you don't need to add water and it can boost your immune system. I would recommend for quick and convenient immune boosting benefits.

These are so much better than the ones you mix with water. Sams has not had them in stocks for several months. Please get more!
