I love that they are on-the-go packets, requiring no water; you just have to pour it into your mouth! These are great to use for immune support, packing in 500 mg of vitamin C. It also has a lot of other great vitamins and antioxidants in it- including vitamin D, manganese, zinc, and vitamins B6 & B12. These all work to help enhance energy naturally as well! Always make sure to talk to your doctor before using products like these. The price of this product was not too expensive. I received these packets as a sample for free, for my honest review.
