I bought it August 2022. February 2023 it had an E1 error. I contacted customer service and they were very difficult. I sent them several screen captures proving dates I bought it, what I paid, etc. (I paid less than $80 for it) after several emails back and forth they gave me an address and told me to ship it back. However, as the buyer, I am responsible for return shipping. Shipping was estimated to be between $60 and $80. I am disappointed. I will not be purchasing anything from this brand again due to their lack of customer service and warranty policy.

Great product!

I bought this October 2020. It stopped working in the beginning of June 2021. I use it on average 7 times a week. While it worked, it cooked wonderfully. I highly recommend buying a warranty if you plan on using it regularly. The manufacturer said that it can overheat if you use it too much. Even though it has a 1-year manufacturer warranty, it'll cost $40 to $50 to ship back to the manufacturer.

Stopped working within a month. Purchased product because it had great reviews. Used it a couple times and worked good, but then it suddenly stopped working and would not power on. Come to find out product has a defective power button that is very flimsy and can break easily. Luckily was able to return it and get a better air fryer.

Does a decent job air frying food. My problem is the display started messing up after having this unit just a few months. It was too late to return to Sam’s so I contacted PowerXL. I can return the unit to them for evaluation and I have to cover the shipping cost. Well shipping cost is over $40 because the size and location. I’d rather put that $40+ towards another more reliable unit.

Worst fryer ever. I bought one and it died pretty quick. It had been only used a handful of times. But it was just out of warranty. Went ahead and bought a second one thinking it was just a fluke. The exact same thing happened. Bought a different brand and that one has been great.

Ok. I have my PhD in all things Air Fryer and this thing is the best on the market. I’ve literally used it hundreds of hours. I even purchased a backup to have on hand when she finally kicks the ‘basket’. Favorite item to cook is Bacon. If you’ve not cooked Bacon in an Air Fryer yet then I will pray for you. I haven’t fried bacon in a pan since 2019. Another favorite is to cook Parker House Style yeast rolls- from Sister Schubert. Put the entire pan (thawed) in Air Fryer and cook on 300’ for 4 minutes. Then brush on salted butter and cook for 2 more minutes. You are welcome America!

At four months the silicone bumpers that protect the basket housing from being scratched by the air fryer tray are coming apart. I contacted the company. They have replacement bumpers but will only sell them to you, they will not honor the warranty and replace them at no charge. You have to call them and make payment over the phone. Terrible.

I have had the PowerXL 8-Quart Air Fryer for one year to date. The unit cooked the food just like it was designed to do. No issues with how the unit cooked food and time saved. However, the unit only lasted for one year. The unit just stopped powering on. So, I would stay clear of this product unless you are ready to buy the PowerXL Air Fryer every year.

I bout this air fryer at Sam's club and the door handle broke within the 1st year. I contacted AirFryer Pro multiple times via email and could never get a response. We attempted to fix the door but the repair was only temporary. Today I FINALLY found a phone number for customer support ant the agent stated they do not have parts to replace the door and that I need to buy a new unit. One would expect the plastic door handle to be sturdy enough to withstand MORE than 1 years worth of use so into the trash this product will go! My new Air Fryer will NOT be the PowerXL Air Fryer!
