Not too soft, just enough firmness and give. Love the mattress!

It's a bit harder than expected but still comfortable.

A fantastic experience. Turned a non-believer into a believer.

I love my ghost bed! I am sleeping 8+ hours for the first time in years.

So happy we made the decision to buy this bed! No more sore backs and necks! Very comfortable!

The bed is terrible. We're going to have it picked up!

Great mattress. Very supportive but not too hard. Best mattress we have owned

So far so good. Definitely noticed a change in how my body feels

My first mail order bed. I haven't slept this well in years!! No longer afraid of ghosts!

I love this mattress. It's really comfortable and really does keep you cool
