I was so excited once my bed arrived. It was very firm and initially thought it wasn't for me. After speaking to customer service and was informed how to break it in faster, I now LOVE it. If you are used to having a soft pillow top bed keep in mind it takes anywhere from 30-60 days to break it in and become used to the firmness of the memory foam / gel layers. My body feels better in the morning. The bed is great! It is very firm which I am still getting used to but overall a good mattress.

GhostBed has just been a dream to sleep on every night. I've had 2 back surgeries so you can imagine that most new beds give me fits as my back seeks to adjust to the new mattress. However, I did not have those adjustment issues when I slept on the GhostBed. I purchased and received the GhostBed the second week of November and as today (November 27), I have no pain and have not had any. Wow! I always wake up feeling very refreshed and ready to start my day. The GhostPillow is also wonderful as it keeps me cool when I start sweating in the middle of the night. (The GhostBed keeps me cool as well!) Lastly, the GhostBed Team is phenomenal. They are easy to reach and very helpful. They assisted me tremendously during the order process. I initially purchased items individually and not as a bundle. However, when they contacted me to confirm my identity (great security measure), they also recommended I get a bundle to reduce my costs. My husband and I needed to upgrade from a queen to a king, and we were very overwhelmed by all the choices. We were hesitant to buy a mattress online without being able to test it first.... All our worries were wrong. Our Ghost bed is AMAZING!! It is the perfect firmness; it is so supportive. We LOVE it. I have slept better in this bed than any other bed I have laid in.

I try to be as grounded as possible. We got this bed as an upgrade from our Queen size. My wife is a restless sleeper and with a queen we would constantly run into each other during our sleep and wake each other up. We no longer have that issue. Now in regards to the ghost bed itself, it's a solid and comfortable bed. I honestly believe that you can't find a better bed for this price. A the cute ghostie is a plus.

We decided to treat ourselves to a new bed as a gift to ourselves. After reading tons of reviews and brushing up on different mattress types, we finally settled on the Ghost Bed as a good combination of price and quality. What a great decision! We are sleeping so much better. One thing we worried about was whether it would sleep too hot, but it doesn't heat up any more than our old coil mattress. And it's so much more supportive! We wondered if we could believe what other people say about one night on a new mattress healing all of their aches and pains. Well, it sure did. We've had the mattress a couple of weeks now and we still comment every morning about how great our lower backs feel, and how weird it is to get up without needing a moment to stretch out the kinks. From day one. So awesome! Our only complaint has nothing to do with the mattress. While it did ship fast, the box was a bit beat up when it arrived, and there didn't seem any way to track the shipment. We were supposed to get an email when it shipped, and we never did. It showed up within the predicted time frame, but it was frustrating to not be able to track it. I would (and already have) recommend this mattress to others!

We got the king size mattress. It was delivered quickly and is very comfortable to sleep on. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the box arrived with a puncture in it which caused the fabric covering of the mattress to tear. Other than that, it has been a great experience! We also ordered two ghostbed pillows and they have far exceeded any expectations we had. They are the most comfortable pillows we have ever owned!

I expected the mattress to be very firm according to the reviews. It’s not firm enough for me. I’m trying to get used to it. If for any reason I need to seat down on the bed to get dress or something, the mattress doesn’t give you enough support on the edge of it. I’m using an adjustable bed base frame and when the head is up and you try to get up of the bed, you feel like as you are going to fall off the bed. It can happen if the adjustable bed base frame is in a flat position too.

I was skeptical about buying a mattress online. A mattress is something you want to check out before you spend a couple thousand dollars. Then we came across GhostBed, who put me at ease with spending that much money (mainly because with GhostBed it wasn’t much money). When the mattress showed up I was even more impressed. They seemed to shove a queen size mattress into a thimble. Unpacking it was really fun to watch. Now that I’ve slept on it for a week or so, I wish I could go back and slap the skeptical me. This bed is everything I wanted and gives my wife (bad back) the support she needs to wake up pain free. The only one in the house with a complaint is my daughter who thinks it’s too high. She needs help climbing up, she’s 4 she’ll get there. Thanks GhostBed!

I ordered the ghostbed after considering similar options, like casper, and after reading the superior reviews for ghostbed. It was easy to order and was delivered within a few days. The texture of the bed took some getting used to. I agree with other reviewers that this bed is pretty firm and I ended up buying an additional foam mattress topper. With the mattress topper I am sleeping well and waking up without stiffness. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

It took me couple days to realy feel the greatness of this bed and I was very impressed! Though, my husband found the difference right away...We never had body aches in the morning, which is the best feeling! We sleep like babies every single night. The pillows are perfect too
