The mattress is difficult to grade. It's probably amazing for the average person, but I have an injured lower back and I need several inches of relatively soft on top with firm underneath. This bed doesn't have enough soft for my back. I'm going to have to return it.

We switched from spring mattress to the ghost bed and was pleased at the beginning but as we adjusted to the new bed we began to realize that we don't really weight enough to actually sink into the bed, so it kind of started to feel like we were sleeping on top of a flat hard platform.

The support foam in our old mattress had softened so much that I was sleeping on top of pillows to fill in the divot. My husband and I both had lots of lower back pain every morning, so it was time for a new one! We were trying to decide between this and a Purple, but we decided on the Ghostbed because we were worried the softer Purple mattress would end up softening too much too soon (like our last mattress) The Ghostbed was almost too firm to start with (we are both in the 200-220lb range for reference), but it broke-in after 1.5-2 weeks of use. It's comfortable now, and we are sleeping back-pain free again!

I was in the market for a new bed since owning a Serta for about 3 years. Much of it due to a lumpy spring bed and I'm just getting older. Two of my friends already had ghostbeds and so of course, the obvious decision was to get myself one too! I've had the king size for a little less than a month and has been one of my best and favorite purchases! The bed is comfortable in any position and I'm able to sit up right fairly easy if I need to get some work done. Highly recommend!

We are finding the sleeping surface very comfortable. As others have noted, it can retain heat, so we are adjusting to what is required to find the "just right" temperature. At some point, I expect also to get used to the relatively trivial fact that there's no firm edge to the mattress when I sit down.

I love the Ghost bed I immediately fell in love with it. The best sleep I've ever had in years. I had a box spring bed before and could not fully get a good nights sleep and would feel sluggish through out the day. Now with the Ghost I feel refreshed and not in need of a nap during the day just a minimum of 6 hours sleep on the Ghost bed is all I need to recharge me for the whole day. Super satisfied with the Ghost bed and highly recommend to everyone!

I am a big girl, 250+ and my old mattress was just too soft to give me any comfort. I would wake up with back and hip pain. A memory foam topper (from this same company) brought a little relief. Was so excited to get my Ghost Bed, and then I came down with the Flu. I was in bed for many many hours due to being ill, and I didn't get achey and sore from laying in bed too long. Even my husband is loving it. He is having trouble getting out of bed in the morning because he is so comfortable. It does take a little adjustment, especially when you are coming from a pillow top mattress, but I wouldn't trade in my Ghost Bed now!

I wasn't sure at first... it was much firmer then my last bed. After about a week, I've been sleeping like a baby. I love how it conforms to my body. My career entails me to be on my feet all day, so I have leg and back issues. This mattress hugs my pressure points for a restful nights sleep.

My body feels better. Taking a little bit to get used to it after switching from a much softer matress. My only complats are that the base and matress covers don't match and the sheets I got became discolored after the first wash. Since those are just cosmetic issues I'm not to worried, but it did keep me from giving it 5 stars

Bought a king foundation and bed got 2 free pillows. Im a larger guy and could nvr sleep on my back due to snoring/no back support. Find myself being able to sleep on my back easily. Wife loves it also, only thing id recommend is using a drill for the foundation haha i never wanna get out of bed and look forward to going to bed now.
