Customer service is excellent, quality of bed is excellent, set up was a breeze, however, not convinced this mattress is the best fit for my back problem.

I've had this bed for about a month now and have woken up sore most days. It's way too hard for me and sleeps warmer than I'd like. I plan on returning it soon.

Someone who had had two hip surgeries it helps me a lot. After a few days it started feeling good on my back and hips. I love that it stays firm but is soft.

I used to sleep about 4-6 hours a night now I can get a full 7-8. The bed is very comfortable, but it doesn't stay cool very well. I wake up sweating in the mornings .

Everyone at Ghostbed was so helpful. They told us to give it 30 days and they were right! But what really sealed the deal was adding the pillow to the mix. Just amazing and both of us are happy!
