We really enjoy our new ghost bed....it's just nice. Not at all impressed with box spring. It goes together OK, just not anywhere near as nice as the mattress. Some of the screws stripped out of their holes. The wood wasn't seasoned. There's a disclaimer letter included from the ghost bed president (no wonder). If I had to do it over, would find some youtube instructions to build a foundation or buy a box spring from a mattress store.

My husband and I had been looking at mattresses for a couple of years but couldn't agree on one (have you seen some of the prices for mattresses!). We both are stomach sleepers, but we also move around a fair amount too. We were tired of waking up with numb, achy arms or with back pain. At a local discount mattress store, we tried a latex mattress that we both agreed on but they didn't offer a period of time after purchase to return the bed if it wasn't for us. So knowing that we liked the latex mattress, and feeling pretty sure that we preferred a firmer mattress, I started looking at reviews online. GhostBed, Casper and Purple mattresses were the names that stuck out most. Based on a comparison between the three, we selected GhostBed. There were a variety of factors that played into the selection: the price, the 20 year guarantee, the 100 day trial period and the slightly firmer mattress being the main ones. We are now 100+ days in and very happy with our purchase. PS - if you want immediate delivery, I think it took all of 3 days to receive our mattress after we ordered. No, we didn't ask for expedited delivery--it was just that fast!

I researched like a mad man and found nothing but great reviews. So my husband and I bought the matress, the protector and the foundation and got 3 ghost pillows. The first night I slept horrible. The second night I slept horrible and now, 2 weeks later, I'm still sleeping horrible. I feel like I'm sleeping on the floor. Very disappointed!!

While I enjoy the new mattress, my husband thinks it sleeps too warm. It is soft and comfortable. I especially like the adjustable frame which also has massage. I am asleep before the 10 or 20 minute timer turns the massage off. Will have to see if he adjusts to the warmth of the mattress or if I need to return it and try the ghostbed luxe.

This protector was worth the money to protect such a large investment. During our move, we left the protector on our mattress, which payed off. The mattress had to go up some old narrow stairs attached to the back side of the house we moved into. This mattress is more awkward than a regular bed and possibly heavier. The mattress gave 2 grown men trouble and sure enough the mattress corner ate the moist dirt. To our dismay, a very heavily blackened corner was revealed. After finally getting it to the second floor we removed the cover and our mattress was still flawless and the protector washed spotlessly clean and then stayed intact after going through the dryer. Needless to say, it's already back to protecting our ghostbed!

I have loved the mattress so far, but I am really concerned that it is going to get dents where my husband and I sleep regularly. So far it's only small dents, but it hasn't been very long. I hope it stays and comfy as it is now! I love not sinking into the mattress too far and I love the amazing rest I get every night.

We are loving this mattress and it's very comfortable and supportive for all my sleep positions - back, side and stomach. It really is the best sleep I've had in years! And, they stand behind their product. There was a defect with the first mattress we received and they responded quickly, without any hassle, and shipped us a perfect replacement mattress. We're so glad we chose them!

Bed is perfect for anyone who wants a firm memory foam mattress at a budget price. Ordered a couple weeks in advance to my move in day because I thought it would take that amount of time to arrive. To my surprise, ithe bed showed up three days after I placed my order.

3 Week in and I love this bed. This bed works for both my husband and me. He @200 lbs and I am @125lbs, there is no motion transfer so you never disturb your partner. The bed is firm but soft. I have some joint pain due to sport injuries, this bed eliminates most of the pain. We sleep in all positions side, back, and stomach. I would highly recommend this bed , I am counting on this bed feeling the same way in 6 months. Con: Ghost Bed should improve their customer service ie easy contact , and tracking information, this would send their sales into another hemisphere. I'd been told to spend your money where you spend your time. Buy comfortable shoes if you spend your day on your feet. Buy a good chair if you spend your day at a desk. And definitely, buy a good mattress 'cause you'll spend a third of your life in it. I was really nervous about buying & sleeping on memory foam—I need a firm mattress or else I wake up feeling crooked and cranky. Nobody wants that. I sleep on a platform (or currently, with the mattress right on the floor). The Ghost definitely brings the firmness and I've been very pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the firmness has been. I've been sleeping soundly and waking without back pain for over a month now. I also tend “run hot” at night and was worried that, with foam, I'd be waking up drenched in sweat. Apparently, I needn't have worried about that. Lastly, I really can't recommend the Ghost pillows enough. They are also very comfortable, supporting, and cool through the night. They could, however, be a bit larger so that they actually fit a standard pillowcase. Does Nature's Sleep make a pillowcase that fits the Ghost pillow a bit more snugly? Send me a couple wouldya? ~DXW
