I was waaay past due for needing a new mattress. A friend of mine purchased a Ghost Bed months ago and recommended it. I finally put my order in and received it very quickly. I sleep better and wake up with less back and neck pain. I love my new mattress and the Ghost Bed pillows!

We have had this bed a few days now, We have woken up super sore every single day so far. They say to wait a little while to adjust to it so we are. However, If we still don't like it we will be returning it. I can hardly get out of the bed in the mornings im so sore. I have a broken pelvis, fractured neck and back in three spots. My fiance has no serious injuries but still wakes up sore. Both of us together are around 300 pounds in total, but our toddler 38 pounds and newborn son one month old 9 lbs also sleeps with us.

I suffer from arthritis and neck pain due to a neck injury when I was a teenager. We bought our ghostbed based on the owners story to neck problems. I have to say that even though I still have very minimal pain(probably due to cold weather now) its the best sleep I have had in years. Thank you Ghostbed.

I slept OK from the start, however my wife is not happy. She thinks it is too hard. Her comment was "you sleep on it not in it". I had lower back pain the first several nights and at times still do, that said it is not a problem if you are a side sleeper.

I have had back problems from an injury suffered 35 years ago. As I have aged, the issue has progressively worsened, to the point that I could not sleep through the night. I have been sleeping on a GhostBed Mattress for nearly a month now, and the back pain has subsided dramatically. I actually can sleep through the night! I am planning to order another GhostBed Mattress for our second home so I can continue to get a great night's sleep.

While the buying, receiving, and set up process was simple and easy. The bed itself is not that impressive at all, as a matter of fact it hardly outshines the 20+ year old mattress I took to the dump for this one. I still wake up with aches and pains, im not getting anymore rest than I was, its like nothing has changed. Very dissapointed Ghost Bed.

This mattress had my whole body hurting for over a week. It is so firm that it does not give, and it is almost like sleeping on the floor. When I requested to return it with a refund, I was informed that I had to keep it for at least 30 days before I could start the process for a refund and that I would have to find a specific organization to donate the mattress to. I was also told that it is best if we jump on the bed to help open the fibers within the mattress to allow it to give a little. We are two weeks in to the 30 days, and it is not much better at all. I wake up with cramps in my bad in the middle of the night. It better start to become a better night's sleep for me to change my feelings of this being a huge mistake.

For years I have had the worst broken sleep ever. Sleep 20 minutes wide awake for 30. This was off and on all night long. Today I am so blessed and appreciative of the fabulous Ghost Bed I now sleep straight through the night. The best sleep ever. Not to mention the affordable price.

Love the mattress but be warned, if you ship your order to an address other than your credit card billing address the hoops and hurdles needed to complete the order is almost not worth it. Because of what it entails, you think they would at least give you a free pillow.

Good customer service. I've only had one issue with them. As for the mattress, Its comfortable. It conforms well to the body and the arch of the back to make you feel supported, and relieves me of any type of back pain. The only down side is that it is a little too firm for side sleeping in my opinion. Hopefully a little more time and some warmer weather will fix that problem.
