I was a bit hesitant to order a mattress online but after reading through the reviews on Consumer Reports I decided to take the plunge. Just the right firmness for my liking and super-comfortable. My baseline was the Tempurpedic ProAdapt which I tested and loved in-store, but didn't love the price. The GhostBed was the closest I could find in quality at a reasonable price point.

We have had our Ghost bed for about 3 and a half or four weeks. We love it! It's firm enough for my husband who loves a firm bed, but for me, who prefers a softer bed, it's still great! We love the adjustable base. The zero gravity feature is really nice. My husband is waking up with much less back pain. We're very happy with our purchase. Oh yeah....highly recommend the pillows and the sheets, too.

At first, I was unsure of the mattress. I had a hard time sleeping through the night and I would wake up with tight shoulders, something that I suffer with. After 2 weeks, my body adjusted and I absolutely love the bed. I am not awoken when my husband moves, I am sleeping through the night and I have no more shoulder pain. I highly recommend this mattress!

I would've never thought about buying a bed from online being that I couldn't test it out like a mattress at a store. I heard SO many great reviews on this mattress from a TON of different people. My husband and I were in such a desperate need, we knew ANYTHING would be an upgrade from what we had. So we gave it a whirl and ordered the king size, with the three ghost pillows. Amazing. I've been sleeping SO good, my husband doesn't snore like a chainsaw anymore. Our backs don't bother us. Definitely hive ghost bed a try!

I was so excited to get this mattress that I went home on my lunch break, 30 minutes each way, just to make sure that my bed was unpacked and ready for me that night. When I initially laid down I noticed it was firm, but thought "hey...its supportive ". By the morning my back was a knot and I had spent the entire night tossing and turning. Not to be deterred I sent my children in, clad in clean socks to; jump, roll, bounce, and belly flop on the bed . Which unfortunately did little to soften the memory foam. Lets fast forward to the end of week one. Me not having had a good nights sleep in nearly 8 days, I had become unrecognizable to friends and family. I was up to intravenous intake of coffee and those around me begged me to do something about this. Which leads me to the biggest issue that I had with this whole thing, the return policy. 30 days... 30 days is the minimum before you can return this bed. Thats absurd. This is, with no hyperbole, one of the most uncomfortable mattresses that I have ever slept on. And the thought of not having a good nights sleep for 22 more days made cringe. After several calls and chats I had still had nothing positive to report...No exchange, no return, no solution other than "people who report the mattress as being too firm love it by day 90" ; maybe.... So I decided, "Im stuck" Ill keep this thing for 30 days, I can manage that. I couldn't. I travel a lot for work, 2 to 3 days a week, and coming home to that mattress made me anxious. As any road worrier knows there is a certain longing for ones own bed. A feeling of being home and comfortable, like a big hug. For me it was the opposite . I dreaded that mattress. Knowing that I would be tossing and turning and would wake up with my back and neck crumpled like every receipt I have ever gotten. It was finally time that I put up a stand. I call again, and still nothing, but worse it appears that no one has been tracking my calls and complaints. I hung up the phone and opened my computer. I order a different mattress and leaned the ghost bed up against the wall. Where it will remain, watching me sleep, until I can return it.

I have slept in May types of beds..due to my aches and pains of some injuries that I have. And I must say this bed makes all my pains go away. I've had it only two weeks!! The ghost of it is that it holds you in the night and comforts you from head to toe!! Thanks Ghost Bed!!

Decided to order the ghost bed online without ever trying one. Read a lot of reviews and decided to give it a try. The price was a huge deciding factor as it was significantly cheaper than other online mattress brands. The mattress itself feels extremely well made. The cover does have a weird texture that can be felt through thin sheets. The bed is a little firmer than I had hoped. No back pain or issues tho. Would recommend if you like a firm mattress.

Hello all, so far everything is good, but I just started to use the bed at mid august 08/15/2017 I moved to a new house and we were not done with renovations until that date then we put together the bed. So I hope you'll give us some more time to try it better. Cheers!

I ordered the ghost bed and within 12 hours it had shipped and arrived at my home in less than two days. Setting up the mattress was super quick and easy. I didn't notice any smells at all. Now the first week sleeping on It was a little difficult because I thought it was a little too firm but after a week of breaking it in, I love it. I would definitely recommend this mattress and company!

I've had my ghostbed for about a week. It's much firmer than a temperpedic, which I didn't expect. But, what it does do is form perfectly to your body in any position you sleep in. I was having back pain with my old mattress, and it's now gone. I'd definitely recommend.
