The bed is a bit warmer and more firmly supported than expected. I tend to prefer a cooler and softer bed, but it's still very comfortable. Skip their foundation and build your own or go with a platform bed. The foundation is cheap cheap cheap. The pillows are freaking amazing. Can't recommend the pillows highly enough.

I started out a little skeptical with the firmness of the mattress, but it is starting to gradually get softer within that 30 day period GhostBed said to try. Even within that window I have noticed my back pain starting to subside. I work in an office environment so I am sitting most of the day and it does take a toll on me. Again, I was very skeptical but I am truly happy with the purchase of the product.

Very happy with my Queen Ghostbed - fast shipping and pretty easy for one person to move and set-up. Perfect on my platform base. I did many hours of research before deciding (hoping) that the Ghostbed would match with my personal requirements and after several weeks of sleeping on it, I have no regrets. At first I thought it might be too soft since I sink in a bit but I wake up without the aches and pains of my old innerspring mattress, so it seems to be giving me the correct overall support. I was worried about edge support with a foam mattress but as long as I don’t sit on the corner, it is fine to sit and put on my shoes. And the edge support while sleeping is great - I never feel that I will roll off the side. In addition, I got the Nature’s Sleep (same company) pillows which are the perfect thickness for me when side-sleeping. The extra pillow is now my cat’s favorite bed - I wish I had gotten one for him sooner as it is so much more supportive than his old pillow!

We have had the mattress for a couple of months now and it's been great. Back pain went away after a few days. Sleeping soundly through the night, no more creaking when one of us rolls over. I love it. the ghost pillows are super comfy and stay cool. Very happy with our purchase.

I was skeptical of ordering a bed online, but decided we had nothing to lose due to the long trial period. We love this bed. We replaced a much more expensive memory foam mattress that we loved. This one is as good, or better, at 1/4th the price. Highly recommend this mattress! You won’t be disappointed.

It took several days for our queen mattress to off-gas (we slept on an air mattress in another room) but it’s been comfortable since then. It has some give and initially feels like it would be too firm, but we both wake up rested and without the aches that our old memory foam mattress gave my husband and that a new different mail-order memory foam mattress gave me. I’m 5’4” 120 lbs back sleeper and my husband’s 6’4” 185 lbs side sleeper. We’ve been using the GhostBed Classic for about a month. It has nice edge support.

I bought this mattress to try. Tired of springs poking me in the ribs and hips. So we decided to trythis bed out. We have had it for about a month so far. I have no complants at all. My husband very rarely wakes up complaining of back pain. And my ribs dont hurt from springs. I find this bed to be very comfy!!! And I would recommend it to myfriends and family. I have back problems so when I slept on the bed I was a bit skeptical it would help. so the moment I slept on the bed I woke up and had the best night of sleep I've had in a long time, I've been sleeping on a Tempurpedic mattress and I would still wake up to back pain so getting this bed. I love how firm it is and how fast it shipped. I will have this bed for a long time to come

We really love this mattress. We were skeptical about buying a mattress online. The more I researched hybrid mattresses the more comfortable I felt about purchasing a mattress without laying on it beforehand. I watched a lot of videos on many different mattresses. The 25 year warranty was the deciding factor over other mattresses that seemed similar in price and quality, but had 10 year warranties. I can honestly say I feel very happy that I decided on this particular mattress. It is better than I expected.

Sleeps very very hard like a park bench me and my wife woke up for days with horrible backaches. Was told to endure back pains for 30 days and hope it goes away. Had to put old mattress back cause bed never got softer and pains got worst. Mattress sitting in back room cause wont let me return for 30 days. Do not buy unless you like very firm mattress.
