Ive been surprised by the mattress. It is by far the most firm mattress Ive ever slept on. I was expecting a space aged soft but supportive mattress like you see in commercials. The ones that leave a handprint when pressed down into the foam. Not this mattress. This one doesn't even leave foot prints when walked on. Its almost like sleeping on the self inflating pad I use under my sleeping bag when camping. I only used the mattress by itself for a few days. Ive been using a 3 inch foam mattress topper on top it and its been much better. I wish the mattress was half as soft as the pillows. they are awesome.

I really wanted to love this mattress. Unfortunately, this is not the best product for a side sleeper like me. I read another side sleeper comment before I made my purchase, but thought it might be different for me. With this mattress I need to fall asleep on my back which is fine, but I always wake up on my side and then have lower back pain for about an hour after I wake up :(. The Ghostbed is a bit to firm on top and doesn't give enough to form to the side of my body – just keeps my body too straight to stay asleep on my side. Bummer.

We got one after agonizing for months about needing a new mattress. I was especially concerned about buying one online. So glad we did. Love it. It is so much more of a right fit cost but it does its job and is a comfortable mattress. It came so quickly, financing was flexible. We liked it so much (and since our rabidly growing son needed a new bed) we got him one too, for his birthday. He says he wishes the pillows were less expensive... What do you expect from a teenager? :D He also says it is a comfortable mattress of awesomeness so you must be doing something right.

I decided to purchase this bed when my saggy 20 + year old, hand-me-down mattress had finally seen its end. My old bed was lumpy, unsupportive and caused a lot of back pain. However, after the first week sleeping on GhostBed, my back pain was near completely alleviated and I sleep better than ever. I could not recommend this bed any more. Everyone should have one.

I had high hopes for this mattress but it just not right for me and my husband. It’s more firm than I would have expected. The first couple of night I found it very difficult to change positions while sleeping. I hoped that with time the mattress would break in and be easier to move around. It has become a bit easier, but now I feel like I roll to the edge involuntarily at night. Once we reach the 30 day mark we wlll be requesting a return.

Recently switched from a Bob-o-Pedic to the Ghost Bed, and it delivered as advertised. I like the firmness and the temperature control is fantastic. My only critique is with the somewhat low profile even with the foundation. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

I love this bed and the pillows. After I received it I just had to order the sheets and pillowcases. I love pulling back the blanket and feeling the coolness of the mattress and pillows. It was easy to install the shipment was quick. There is no true way to describe this mattress except it was worth every penny I spent

We recently bought this protector after about a year of using our ghostbed mattress (which we love). Overall the protector does feel a little different but we’re glad to have it there since we have pets. It’s a very slightly stiffer feel, but my main criticism is it sleeps a little hotter than the mattress by itself. I think it doesn’t do quite as good a job pulling away and redistributing body heat. Still, I’d rather have it than not and I’m getting used to it.

Our Tempur Pedic mattress was failing us big time. I was getting terrible sleep and waking up aching. The ghost bed has been awesome. We both are well rested and don't wake up aching. The buying process was fast, simple, and quick. We were amazed at how fast we had it shipped to us. We are very enthused.

Customer service was great. Delivery was prompt and all came intact. I was intimidated by the prospect of putting together the king size foundation but felt I should at least give it a try. I did it in under an hour by myself - just needed an extra hand to put the cover on - and I'm a 66 year old lady! Haven't slept on the bed yet - it's for a guest room - but am looking forward to great reviews from my guests!
