My ghost bed arrived in a timely manner, and was ready to go in quite a short time. It’s been almost 2 weeks now, and I’m still waiting to get used to it, or break it in, or whatever is needed to enjoy my bed. I haven’t found myself sleeping any better, and feel the bed might be too firm for my liking. I had considered sending it back if possible, but I really couldn’t bear the idea of the shipping process. Bottom line; I think the ghost bed was okay for its convenience, and affordability, however I would have preferred a more conventional plush mattress. One last thing, my two best friends have the same bed, and they love it! So maybe I’m just the rare case.

My son bought a house and needed a bedroom set to fill a vacancy. I gave him the bedroom set I had bought for him years ago. I necessarily needed a new mattress and springs. My daughter and her husband had bought a Ghost Bed several months ago and couldn't be happier. I researched the various online beds and decided dollar for dollar Ghost beds had the best deal. A Groupon available at the time helped my decision. Besides, my old mattress was giving me morning wakeups full of aches and pains, and lately I had been sleeping fitfully about five or six hours a night. The bed was easy to set up and I was in it the first night. It is firm but comfortable. Honestly, the aches and pains disappeared within a couple of nights and after a few weeks, I am beginning to sleep longer and more restfully. I am a large person: 6'8" and 340#. The bed gives me excellent support. I am well pleased with my painless purchase and delivery and highly recommend Ghost Beds to all. The only caveat is that Ghost Bed sends along a complimentary t-shirt rolled up in the mattress. Not my size. Sigh. lol

I'm getting a very comfortable sleep so far. We are just entering the hotter weather here in FL so I'm anxious to see if it sleeps cool. The only negative I've noticed and it's a small one, is the edge support. If you are used to sitting on the edge to tie shoes etc. you need to sit a little further in as the edge does compress a lot. The King size is quite heavy so if you need a minimum of two people to set the mattress up in the beginning.

I really like the mattress and the service was exceptional. I read some of the other reviews (before the purchase) saying it takes a week to get comfortable with the mattress, but I slept great the first night...I may purchase another for my daughter.

Got the ghostbed in November. After 30 day trial we got the topper (no extra charge) because the bed was too firm. The topper feels great when you first get into bed but sleep is basically a series of turning like a rotisserie chicken all night as any more then an hour in one position becomes painful. I rotate the bed every two weeks (which is really annoying) per the topper instructions, and it seems better the first night but that is it. I am naturally a stomach sleeper and that is still the position I fall asleep in but the u-shape sleeping gets really uncomfortable long before morning. I am past the 100 days so I guess I have made my bed so to speak. I would not buy this bed again.

Well as owner of a very expensive competitors bed , and now sleeping on your pillows and mattress, I could have saved a lot of money and just purchased the ghost bed first!! We love it!!! The lady at ghost bed said we could let grand children jump on it to break it in and we put it on the floor and they did!!! Love the mattress and the pillows!!!!

This bed is definitely a firm bed. Coming from a softer bed, it took me over two weeks to get used to the firmness. The first two weeks were rough; I was stiff and sore in my back and shoulders when I woke up. I felt like I tossed around a lot at night and did not feel very rested in the morning. I sleep mostly on my side; this may be why it took me awhile to adjust. Now that I have adjusted to it, I sleep much better and my back hurts less than with my former mattress. If I were to do it again, I would look into something less firm and a little more accommodating to a side sleeper. Some mornings I am still stiff in my shoulders and lower back when I get up. With that said the mattress is high quality and matches all the descriptions. It is much better than my old mattress. My wife loves it, she is a back sleeper a noticed right away less back pain and she feels she sleeps better. She would give it 5 stars, I would give it 3 stars so average of 4 stars :)

Super easy to set up. The stink was mild and gone quickly. Slept on it about 5 hours after taking it out of the box. My only complaint is that it's hard to sit on at the edges. They are squishy. But laying on it is a different story - nice and firm!

I had a pillow top bed before and it was ok, but the Ghostbed is awesome. My back felt better instantly and im sleeping better than ever before. Also the Ghostpillow is now my main pillow, it is soft yet firm. Everyone should get this bed. #Ghostbed4life

Such a great bed! My partner has one that I have slept on for 3 years. So good I talked my sister into getting one! And now in a move for myself I have pulled the trigger and invested in myself with the ghost bed classic. I am soo pumped to have my very own and look forward to years of deep sleeping with this bed. Would absolutely recommend it again and again! Sooo good!
