We have only had it up for a few weeks so I may be a bit premature with this review. However, the review was requested so ... the mattress is much “firmer” than anticipated. We are unable to sleep on it all night long and so then we have to get up and move back to our original bed in the other bedroom. So far, it has been a disappointment but we have contacted the company and they have encouraged us to give it more time and it will soften up. Will give it another 4 weeks and then will have to make a decision before the 101 days are up for a return.

Since switching to this mattress I have been experiencing much more back pain. It's been one month. First couple weeks were great, last two weeks I'm incredibly sore and uncomfortable when I wake up. Will give it another couple weeks but at this point, not likely to keep the mattress. It seems very comfortable when sitting and laying down but my neck and back are killing me.

I was worried about spending this kind of money on a bed, as I'm a young professional, but compared to traditional mattresses, it's very affordable. I took the plunge and purchased the King size because I'm not a small guy (350 and 6'2") and will eventually move in with my girlfriend so the extra room is nice. We've taken to affectionately calling my bed "super mattress" because of the comfort and sheer size of it. Since the first night, my back hasn't hurt in the mornings and I've gotten more quality sleep at night. I love my super mattress.

I found the bed to be a little too firm for what I prefer. But the mattress breathes well , my old mattress didn’t and was hot in the summer. Also has good support minimizing the chance for back pain. The edge support is much better than my previous mattress in which I could sit and not slip off.

So my wife and I picked ghost bed because of the cooling technology and the firm support. So at first we thought the bed was way too hard and unforgiving. I contacted the Ghost Bed and they told me exactly what would happen and why this is. Sure enough two weeks later now only is it becoming softer and more forgiving but our bodies are forming to the mattress and accepting it. Before this bed I slept on a sunken hole that actually messed my back and neck up. After two weeks my back has been feeling much better and so has my neck. In terms of the cooling technology, it is there. I have slept on memory foam toppers and they all make m hot. This bed does not, but after said that, it is not perfect. After some "activity" the bed does not cool you down fast enough like a normal bed. This is fine but it means you have to have the fan on full blast until your body slowly returns to normal. But it will keep you cool at night and doesn't initiate the sweating. Overall the bed is quite nice. I would only imagine that the LUXE edition is flawless as they have a enough better cooling system and it is supposed have a bit more fluff. For the price you really can't get better. I would highly recommend.

I have never been so disappointed. this bed of fluff is a joke if you have a bad back. i ordered two of the mattresses by mistake but they were guaranteed if you don't love them you can return them after 101 days. this is a bate and switch game they run on you but they have the right name ghost cause when it all goes to hell in a handbag they got their money and they are out of here and you are stuck

To start, the shipping was insanely fast. It did take a while for my order to be processed, but once it was, it took only a few days for my Ghostbed to be at my door. I was so excited to unbox it, and once I did, I was a little hesitant about how I’d like it and I wasn’t sure what exactly to do since there were no instructions in the box. After consulting the internet, I let the Ghostbed inflate/air out for 24 hours, and then started using it. My initial impressions were good, but I was still doubtful as it was firmer than I was used to. But after 2 months of sleeping on it every night I can confidently say that this is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, and I am no stranger to memory foam mattresses! The Ghostbed is almost dangerous for me because if I lie down on it during the day, I’m out COLD in 5 minutes. My back pain has virtually disappeared, I sleep hard every night, and even my pets like the bed. Not only is the bed good, but the Ghostbed team has been friendly, communicative, and they’ve cleared up any issues I’ve had with shipping other items and the website. It’s been an awesome experience buying from this company and I will gladly be a returning customer. 10/10 would recommend this bed for anyone with back pain or anyone who wants to sleep like a log.

I bought this bed because I suffer from bad back pain and the reviews were great. I got the bed and it was too stiff. I ended up getting bad neck and back problems from it and was forced to see a chiropractor as a result. When trying to return the bed, I was told I could not return it before 30 days and needed to allow the bed time to continue to settle and "open up." After 3 weeks, nothing had changed and my pain only continued. I actually had to buy a memory foam topper just to make sleeping bearable. While i'm sure this bed is an amazing product and lots of people enjoy it. It's been a nightmare for me. I can not wait to send it back.

Purchased our ghost bed after sleeping on a pillow top for 10 years. What a difference in sleep quality. After a few nights getting adjusted to the firmer mattress, my wife does not wake up stiff and achy all over. If you are looking for a quality mattress with the convenience of home delivery, I recommend the whist mattress.

I did a lot of research before purchasing our Ghost Bed. Although not as heavily advertised as other similar type beds it is obvious Ghost Bed spends it resources on the quality of the product vs. advertising an inferior product. We are extremely pleased with every facet of the purchase and would only purchase from Ghost Bed in the future.
