My wife and I have had our new bed for almost three weeks now. The first time I laid down I thought the mattress was too firm. But it only took about a min to realize the bed was perfect. It supports where it should but is very soft once you sink in just a bit. My wife used to have pain in her hips and neck but both seem to have gone away after the second week on the new bed. I can not recommend this bed more, it has been great!

I have not slept so well in a very long time. I was having serious problems with my last mattress (inner spring) and decided to give the foam mattresses a try. I used Consumer Reports to find the best one within my price range and ended up choosing GhostBed because they had better deals and a longer warranty. The customer service lady that I dealt with was amazingly kind and helped me get a free mattress protector instead of the 2 free pillows. All in all it was a great experience to purchase the bed...and sleeping has been a dream since day 1. So glad I got it!

It's been years since I woke up rested until I got the GhostBed. I actually wake up feeling good. I have metal in my back from surgery and with my old bed I would wake up stiff, in pain and irritated. When I wake up with the GhostBed I feel relaxed and feel like I got a good night sleep. We have slept on our Ghostbed for several weeks and it has not been comfortable. I tend to sleep hot and the mattress traps that heat and can make me feel miserable. It has also been not as giving and my back aches from it causing me to sleep on my stomach to get comfortable which only makes my back worse and brings some gentle scolding from my chiropractor. We are going to revisit returning our mattress in the next couple of weeks.

The mattress didn't take long to adjust to maybe a night or two but I firmly believe that was due to bring accustomed to sleeping on that slab of cement (old spring mattress). It helps relieve pressure points especially if you're a side sleeper. There is a slight sinking that feels like it's adjusting to your body. I also find that the pillows are helpful. They aren't too hard or soft. Helped with neck issues. I was on the fence about buying a mattress in a box but I'm really glad that I took the plunge!

It has been a month since we set up our Ghost bed and received our Ghost pillows. Setup was easy and fun, but i was afraid we wouldn't like it. But, from DAY ONE, we have loved this mattress! Each night we feel like we sleep better, and body aches and pains (arthritis) are definitely not as bad. (my first trip across the bedroom in the morning used to be really difficult). One of the things I really love about it, is NOT feeling my husband turning over all the time. Actually, he doesn't toss and turn nearly as much. The pillows are awesome. I bought this mattress a few months back with the hopes it would alleviate constant pain in my lower back. While it has not cured the issue it has made my sleep much better. I no longer have lancing pain shooting down my left leg when I sleep, which has made it easier to get into a deep sleep. The bed is firm when first lying down, but quickly softens after a few minutes. I'm between 220-230 lbs and have not noticed any issues with over firmness of the mattress, but could see where a lighter person may have that problem. All in all, I would buy this mattress again and would recommend it to family and friends shopping for a new mattress.

My boyfriend and I were a little skeptical buying this bed since it was only online and it comes in a box. A bit unconventional. However, we were willing to try it since we had over 3 months to try it out for free. It's been a couple weeks and we already love it! It is SO comfortable and the pillows are amazing. I hope they stand the test of time. I've never had a pillow that supports my neck the way this does. The customer service was also very helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

I thought my daughter was crazy. A mattress in a box. Whoever heard of such a thing? Well, she has three in her house and her whole family is totally sold. It was time to replace my old mattress and the perfect time to try a “GhostBed”. It arrived quickly and with help I got it set up. Best nights sleep in a long time. It took a few days to get accustomed to the bed but once we did we slept better than we have in years. We both have back injuries that have made sleeping difficult for years but the ghost bed is the perfect blend of firm and soft to cradle our side and shoulders since we are both side sleepers.
