My wife and I are both side sleepers. The bed was way to firm for us. Even after 3 weeks on it to "break it in," it still was an uncomfortable rest. I really wanted it to be different. They're customer service, shipping, quality of material, etc were wonderful. in the end, just too firm for us. Wish there was a softer version.

It took several months to get used to the firmness. I was willing to do so because the back pain i was having disappeared. I did Toss and turn quite a bit, but have since settled down. This is a legit mattress. I was concerned it would be too much like a futon. This was not the case. It gives unbelievable support, but I will caution it is on the firm side. I'm pretty happy with it overall.

We are 3 weeks into our Ghostbed experience, and I have to say that both my wife are very happy with our decision. There is no more tossing and turning to get comfortable, we both get into comfortable positions quickly and in no time fall asleep. We both have less pain when we wake up in the morning. I just hope this bed lasts as long as they say, because it is one of the best mattresses we have owned!

We've got a classic queen-size Ghost bed and adjustable frame. It's fantastic, but other things not so much. The website is very hard to use. I know it's difficult to develop a website that works for phones, tablets and laptops equally well but the site really annoyed me almost to the point of not purchasing the product. You need to improve the website. The shipment tracking is very confusing in the email. The delivery came in four shipments and there were four tracking numbers but had no idea which tracking number belonged to what. The mattress arrived first and the frame arrived last 5 days later. Annoying! Now I hear they are offering delivery and set up! Where were you a month ago? We are a couple in our early 60s and it nearly finished us off to get the bed upstairs and set up. The video makes it look so simple but that is a Twin XL not a queen. The website stresses the quality of the product. Well wasn't impressed on opening the adjustable frame box. The fabric was covered with lots of pieces of wood chip. Two screws had been sheared off and the ends left buried in the board. One of the screw pieces was rolling around loose in the box. Love our new Ghost Bed! My back feels great in the morning. I used to wake up all knotted and with kinks in my back, but haven't since switching to this mattress. It has also helped alleviate my husbands back pain (he suffers from slipped discs). We were a little nervous at first because the negative reviews that we read were all about the mattress being too firm! I was expecting it to be hard as a rock, but its not at all. They claim the mattress is a 7/10 firm and i would have to agree that its an accurate value. I also love that i don't feel it every time my husband rolls over! Highly Reccomended! I also really like the Pillows :)

Great customer service! Seriously amazing! We have been sleeping on the mattress for two weeks now, so far it’s great. Not hard like I have seen other reviews say, but that’s all a matter of perception. No smells after unboxing like some other brands seem to have. Even got a free t-shirt, wish I could wear it, just a few sizes to big. It’s ok tho.

While our Ghostbed is better than what we had, it does not leave me longing to stay in bed. I sleep well enough, but I feel like it could/should be so much more “comfortable” than what it is. We are keeping it but I don’t know whether we’d buy it again.

This bed was very comfortable to lounge on. Prior to going to bed, I felt very relaxed. Unfortunately, I consistently felt aches when waking up and it felt difficult to get out of the bed in the morning. This went doubly for my partner, who fractured a vertebrae about a year ago. If GhostBed were to make a couch out of this material, I would be back in a heartbeat.

Super comfortable. It seems the more you sleep on it the more comfortable it is. We put our 11 month old on the bed and he instantly fell asleep so he must think it is comfortable as well. We have the king size and it's so perfect for our family. Only thing is that I bought sheets in king size from the store and they are a little to big so it must be the depth of the mattress. Would definitely recommend getting this mattress.

I very much like this GhostBed for 6ft 165lb sleeper. 1) supportive and no back issues 2) latex has a little bounce. Gives a nice bed feel, but will be able to feel some movements of a partner. But their movements are felt much less than a spring bed 3) Great support for a back or stomach sleeper. Just a slight tad too firm for a full side sleeper. Perfect for a three position sleeper. Very happy with the bed and the price
