While I enjoy the new mattress, my husband thinks it sleeps too warm. It is soft and comfortable. I especially like the adjustable frame which also has massage. I am asleep before the 10 or 20 minute timer turns the massage off. Will have to see if he adjusts to the warmth of the mattress or if I need to return it and try the ghostbed luxe.

I find my GHOSTBED extremely comfortable. It is supportive but not uncomfortably firm to me. That said my sister would not like it as her definition of firm is more like "hard as a rock." However, any buyer should be aware that it does require the appropriate foundation. I am saving my $$$ to buy their platform. My old mattress and box springs were labeled full/queen and must really have been full size as the GHOSTBED mattress is too large and extends over the box spring on each side. I added planks underneath to support it but it still feels as if we are going to fall off if we don't gravitate to the center of the bed.

I waited weeks to get a foundation, mattress and mattress cover. All three items shipped separately. The foundation is missing one piece and for what you pay everything should be available ASAP. I am emailing back and forth trying to resolve this issue. I can’t understand why a company needs you to send them information when they ship the product. I wish I had a video or photo to upload but my foundation is still miss a part so it’s sitting, Just wIting.

The mattress is very comfortable and has made it easier to sleep with my bad back. The only complaint I have is that it's about 2 inches shorter than my bed frame, so it sometimes slides and the pillows fall into the crack. Other than that, I really enjoy it!

I initially had a hard time deciding between Leesa and GhostBed, but decided to try to Leesa first. Both my wife and I found it to be too soft for our backs. I'm loving my Ghost Bed Matress! I traded in my Leesa matress for a Ghost Bed Matress and what a good decision it was. I've owned my Ghost Bed for only two months and I'm sleeping much better, not to mention this mattress has alleviated my lower back pain. It was reasonably priced, the purchase and deliver was simple and painless. I highly recommend buying a Ghost Bed!

I went out of my comfort zone with buying a bed that I didn’t physically see or test out. Honestly I couldn’t be happier with the decision. I’ve had other brands of beds but nothing compares to how this one feels. All around extremely impressed and ghost bed will always be my go to from now on

I've been sleeping on this mattress for about a month now and find it extremely comfortable. It does take a little getting used to as it initially feels very firm. But I wake up well rested and my body doesn't ache. When I sleep on my side, my hip doesn't hurt because the mattress forms to my body - supports my waist nicely so all the pressure isn't on my hip. I love that my husband and I (and our pets) can roll over and move without the mattress moving. I am sleeping undisturbed and it's wonderful! I'm very happy with my mattress so far.

The mattress was too firm for me. But that isn't why I am rating this bad. I am rating it bad because when I tried to return the mattress for the 101 day guarantee, the person I was working with would not listen. They kept pushing me to buy a new mattress or base. It took me threatening to do a charge back on my credit card to finally get a return processed after nearly 2 weeks of contact.

I could not be happier with this mattess so far. My wife and I made the switch from traditional pillow top mattress and we both almost instantly felt a difference in how our backs feel in the morning. The ghostbed seems to form to the body in the correct way. We also have the pillows and can't believe I have gone this long without these pillows.
