Just too hard. I am a side sleeper and ended up with horrible shoulder and hip pain after a few nights. Kept sleeping in other beds and going back to it, but pain returns. It's too bad because my husband is a side/stomach sleeper and loves it. Will be returning.

The Ghostbed Queen is a little firmer than we expected, but we have been sleeping well. The boxed mattress is pretty heavy to move around, but was manageable by two people. Once lifted onto the bed, the decompression was easy. We are satisfied with this unusual product.

We bought a Ghostbed queen sized mattress, intending to use it with our existing mattress support. That didn't work out -- no fault of the Ghostbed, it was a problem with the old support. So we ordered the Ghostbed support as well. Assembly was easy (you need a power screwdriver) and quick. We are very happy with the quality and feel of the new mattress. Thanks, Ghostbed!

This is the hardest bed I've ever slept on. It's not a good bed if you're a side sleeper. It caused pain in my shoulders and hips at night when sleeping on my side. I resorted to sleeping on the couch many nights the past 30 days that we've owned this bed because it causes so much pain. We are in the process of returning the bed. I did appreciate how they let you try the bed out for 100 days risk free to make sure it's the right bed for you.

As someone who has had lower back surgery (third lumbar), I have struggled to find a bed that doesn't leave me with more pain when I wake up than when I went to sleep. The ghostbed has changed that. It took about a week for me to adjust from the memory foam I replaced, but I haven't awoke sore and with a back ache since. I would definitely recommend this bed.

I was worried about the softness being 300 lbs but it is awesome. Very comfortable and the foundation was easy to setup. I usually use cheap thin pillows and have always hated memory foam pillows but my wife and I both love the ghostbed pillows as well. We got an awesome cyber deal but would gladly pay full price after experiencing the ghostbed

When my son told me about his ghostbed mattress, I was skeptical. Thought it might be too hard for my husband. He likes a softer bed than I, so most nights, he’s restless and moves to another bed before the night ends. Since purchasing our own ghostbed, I now have my husband back in bed and we are both amazed at how well rested we feel the next morning. No longer tossing and turning. Even our dog loves it and now opts to lounge on the bed instead of sofa! I’m not one to often complete ratings but am glad to do this one. Thanks ghostbed!

My husband and I are enjoying our newGhostbed so very much! We are sleeping much better and longer through the night and we are not getting nearly the shoulder and hip pain we were experiencing with our old mattress. We are three weeks into using the new bed and do not see any reason we would return any of the products. The pillows sleep well and we are satisfied customers. Thank you!

We're only 2 weeks into our 101 day trial and are already thrilled with our king size Ghost Bed! We're definitely getting better sleep but to our surprise, my husband is waking up without the chronic shoulder pain that has plagued him for 2 years. He used to cover his shoulders in analgesic creams every morning to get moving but not anymore. That alone makes Ghost Bed a keeper for us but we're looking forward to more good things.

I bought this bed because I suffer from bad back pain and the reviews were great. I got the bed and it was too stiff. I ended up getting bad neck and back problems from it and was forced to see a chiropractor as a result. When trying to return the bed, I was told I could not return it before 30 days and needed to allow the bed time to continue to settle and "open up." After 3 weeks, nothing had changed and my pain only continued. I actually had to buy a memory foam topper just to make sleeping bearable. While i'm sure this bed is an amazing product and lots of people enjoy it. It's been a nightmare for me. I can not wait to send it back.
