Ghostbed should assure safe deliver.Bed was sent Fedex and dropped off in front of the door of my apartment, even though Fedex notes said they should call up to my apartment when they arrived. It was very difficult, and unsafe for me to lift the bed frame (about 80 lbs. up and down stairs to get it to the elevator. Next time I'll buy a bed the old-fashioned way--at a store where they work with you on delivery. The bed is okay. Not as good as the old dense posturepedic I have, but fine as a guest bed.

The mattress is a little firm for my taste, but, I'm sure after a full 30 day break in it'll be fantastic. The issues I had were the dimensions, my mattress was 1/8th an inch shot length ways, 2 inches short width ways and around half an inch short in thickness. I'd hope variables like this are just a defect I can get fixed and aren't something they consider normal "within a range"

Loving the bed. Bought the king size. My old mattress was causing my back to hurt, since getting the ghost my back feels much better and I sleep through the entire night. I recently had surgery on my hip and the bed is the perfect amount of support leaving me in minimal pain through the night. Highly recommend this bed

I've had my mattress a few weeks now and I love it, it's so comfortable. It feels kind of hard when I first lay on it but then it adjusts to my body just exactly the right amount to still be supportive. There is no pressure on my body anywhere, no matter what position I'm sleeping in. I do think it sleeps a little bit hot. The pillow is very comfortable also but the pillow definitely sleeps hot, I have to turn the pillow to find a cool spot. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

It was more firm than expected but still has a decent amount of give, yet firm enough you wont roll off the edge. Slept on it about 4 hours after opening. No weird smell after opening. I can move around at night without waking my partner. Very pleased with the mattress after having it for a few weeks.

We received our King sized Ghostbed, and set it up. After having a problem with another company's bed, we were a bit skeptical. But, we slept on it the second night and it was extremely comfortable. My husband said he had never slept so good. And I have problems sleeping but I also slept very well. We would both recommend this mattress for anyone looking to get a good night sleep.

They say getting old isn't for the faint of heart, and, wow, are they ever right. I'd been sleeping on a ten-year-old innerspring mattress with four layers of regular foam encased in the standard damask cover, plus a 3" layer of memory foam topper over top. Yet, every morning I hobbled out of bed with aching joints, shoulder, neck, and lower back pain. Yikes! I'm not THAT old, but there it is. I began looking for a new memory-foam type bed, but didn't have a big budget. While reading reviews, and watching you-tube videos, I saw many positive reviews of many mattresses, including Ghostbed. I realized it was the equal of more expensive foam mattress, yet it was within my budget. It was delivered to my door very quickly. A twenty dollar bill bribe to the lovely fedex fellow got the heavy box taken up the stairs to the second floor. From there I "walked" the box into the bedroom, opened it, and got the mattress on the bed by myself. No illusions here, I was definitely huffing and puffing by the finish. It expanded to full size almost immediately, with very little odor, and was fully expanded after eight hours. That night I slept very well, and have since. Morning wake-ups are better, leading to better days. The mattress is a medium firm support, and sleeps cool. Such a pleasant surprise, and absolutely no regrets on my purchase. Good sleep is monumentally essential to good mental and physical health. Ghostbed is giving me better sleep than I've had in years.

Bed's are overhyped. This one is fine, but let's admit it, none of them delivers on all that they promise. Am I sleeping better? No. But it is more comfortable than my previous mattress, so I like it. The pillow is really nice though, much better than my memory foam pillow. BUT - the pillow still stinks after a month of trying to air it out. They gotta do something about that smell!

I ordered the GhostBed King. I chose not to order the foundation simply because I wanted a platform bed which I found to be better than adequate especially with the slats spaced apart four inches. The bed sits a little lower but nevertheless found the bed a cut above most beds I've owned over the years! I love this bed because it has a firmness that is not too much. The softness factor is also just right. I weigh right around 240 and 5'11 in height. I find this bed almost perfect. My wife and I get a real good night's sleep. There is virtually no movement on the bed when I get in later than my wife so that is also a factor in my loving this bed so much. At first, I was really afraid of trying to return this bed because of it's size and weight. My fears were quickly overcome by allowing ourselves time to sleep on the bed for at least a couple months. Yes, we both love our GhostBed king and can almost assure you will too!

After reviews and review sites, I pulled the trigger and bought the bed, my body hasn't had a decent let alone great night sleep in forever and 14 hr days have destroyed my back. I was so excited for the idea of waking up pain free and well rested for a change. Upon receiving the bed,I set it up, had to leave it on the floor for a week while I finished the hickory bed frame. After the first night I was not impressed by any means and really started to read the fine print of the warranty and return. Policy. A few days later I noticed little things each day, I got more and more quality sleep with less time spent in bed. I used to have to sleep 10hrs to feel like I was "catching up on sleep" .I'm still with the first month but I couldn't be happier with my purchase for less money then I would've spent on a emiddle of the road bed that might get me 5 years...... worth every penny
