I could not leave a hole in the ceiling of my bathroom waiting for this product to come in so I had to purchase a different one. I was so excited to be getting the Homewerks Smart Vent Bathroom Ventilation Fan with Motion Sensor and LED Light. I loved the motion sensor capability and the compact size. I look forward to installing this, but I need to make some alteration to the existing hole to accommodate this product. Look forward to it.

The Homewerks Bathroom Ventilation Fan moves a lot of air and is very quiet. I removed the bathroom fan that was previously installed and I was able to do the complete installation without going into the attic. The electrical connections are the quick, push-in type so the electrical piece goes very quick. You do need to supply a cable clamp for the electrical box on the fan. In the instructions they say to put a 1x3x14" board into the opening opposite the ceiling joist. Make sure that when you screw this board down you get close to the edge of the opening without crumbling the drywall. If you don't the screws will show past the grille. The reason I gave this fan 4 stars instead of 5 is because I received a unit without the motion sensor and LED light.

Doesn't fit up into hole level and if you did the vent is between the light and ceiling so would cover it! 🫤🤦🏽‍♀️

Installed this in my bathroom off of my bedroom since fan was original from when the house was build in 1991. The light is fantastic so much better than my old one and the fan is quiet. This works like a charm!!!

I really like the simple basic look of this fan. Runs quietly but really moves the air. The light is just right for the bath/shower area of my bathroom. Installation would be quick and easy if replacing an existing fan. Reasonable installation as a new fan/ light combo.

LED is bright, easy to install from the attic and quite when it’s on.
