The packaging says you have to take it at the same time every day, but I wish it was a little more flexible as my schedule is changing every day. It also gave me a bit of spotting between periods which I didn't really like.

I had never used pills before and I thought it would be difficult to remember to take them every day, but that hasn't been the case. I set a reminder on my phone every day at the same time. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it caused me to break out in acne when I started taking them. the first two weeks After I stopped taking them, the symptoms went away. I was already scared. I didn't have any other symptoms.

I had barely any side effects I’d say the first week I was getting accustomed to taking them I did feel a little nauseous which is to be expected. Packaging makes it even easier to use.

When purchasing the Opill, you do not need a prescription, and that is super convenient. I appreciate that the Opill is progesterone only, and has no estrogen. Another thing I love is that each package has a batch number for that specific box. If you have an issues, the manufacturer can trace your product. The Opill is easy to take each day, and as soon as the last pill is taken, you can start a new pack immediately. The cons: If you miss a pill and its been less than 3 hrs, you can still take it. However, if more than 3 hours, you must take it immediately & the next day. The Opill does require you to be strict about remembering times, because it contains no estrogen. However, I always recommend a back up method, such as condoms. Another thing is dosage changes. You will need physician guidance if you think you need dosage changes . The things I loved: When buying, you can get up to 3 months at a time much cheaper than a doctors visit. Its very cost effective. Personally, I tolerated the pill well. I did not have any spotting, acne, weight gain, or any other issues. Overall, I loved the pill. I just have to make sure to stay on time, and set alarms or reminders. Its a great option.
