I'm stoked that I can finally get this from the drugstore without having to see a doctor, that makes my life easier. I had heard that one of the pros of taking pills like this is that you can use them to skip your period all together, but this isn't an option for this type of pill (stronger hormones are required for this). I still had my period each month and it took a few weeks to get my cycle back into a normal rhythm (experienced breakthrough bleeding for awhile) but it has lessened the worst symptoms (I'm not cramping as much as usual, I don't seem to bleed as much either). Overall, using the O-Pill has been a positive experience. It's really important to take this at the same time of day each day, don't forget!

Not pregnant, have not had any mood swings either. So many birth controls do not work for me, I’ve had ones where my period has lightly gone on for over 3 months straight. I have no idea why. I also had gotten pregnant on birth control, so finding something that works that doesn’t affect me physically and emotionally while protecting me from pregnancy is a 10/10. Make sure you take it at the same time everyday and read instructions. The best part tho is the 3 month supply. Getting it through my doctor and having to refill it every month was such a headache. I love the 3 month supply. 10/10 recommend.
