My period is very sporadic and I was hoping it would help to regulate it again. I didn't notice any difference the first month, but the 2nd and 3rd have been so much more consistent. If anyone is thinking of trying these for that particular reason I would definitely give them a try!

It did what it says it will do and is a contraceptive. I will say that early on in trying the O-pill, I experienced bleeding and spotting for about 2 weeks. (and I've never had that issue with other brands) I didn't love that part! but aside from that, it works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] its the only otc bc rn so thats pretty awesome ive been on different types of hormonal pills these have fewer hormones which i like too but its annoyinh bc you have to take these ones at the exact same time every day for contraceptive efficacy otherwise they wont work its more strict than the combined hormone pills just fyi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is nice that there is 3 months of contraceptive in the package and that the days are clearly labeled on the sleeve so its easy to remember when you last took it. The packaging says you have to take it at the same time every day, but I wish it was a little more flexible as my schedule is changing every day. It also gave me a bit of spotting between periods which I didn't really like.

It's effective enough for an otc birth control, I'm almost done with my fist month and have had 3 different periods so far, definitely lighter than my normal periods but 3 times in less than a month so far? I'll give it my 90 day box and if something hasn't changed by then I won't be buying anymore.
