The instructions were easy to ready pretty self explanatory. 1 pill a day. I feel like it helped balance my hormones as well as being a safe option for bc I didn’t notice any weight gain. Over the course of time I haven’t become pregnant so I would assume they work. They are easy to take with you in your purse. I however am not sure if I will continue using these as I have noticed that my monthly visit has become a little more cramps then usual. Also, probably because of the cramps, I’ve become a little moodier during that visit as well. I can’t say it’s directly from these but idk what else would’ve caused this change.
