Over the course of time I haven’t become pregnant so I would assume they work. They are easy to take with you in your purse. I however am not sure if I will continue using these as I have noticed that my monthly visit has become a little more cramps then usual. Also, probably because of the cramps, I’ve become a little moodier during that visit as well. I can’t say it’s directly from these but idk what else would’ve caused this change.

I have been on this for 7 months now and so far I like it. if you are taking it due to period complications then its definitely the better choice i have found. my period used to go for 2 weeks and a week after being on opill, my period started going back to a normal cycle of 3-4 days. It also reduced my flow from heavy to medium ish. I did get the side affects of tiredness, sleepy, and hungrier than i usually am but nothing crazy. and my side affects only lasted for 1 week.

The dosage is much lower what I usually take, but it seemed to work just as well. Did not experience weird side effects.

I have had at least 3 instances where I’ve had to go without BC while waiting for appts to be given refills. This option takes that stress away and it’s been a good experience using it. I have pcos and I haven’t noticed a change in my symptoms. Still haven’t gotten a period after using it for 3 months but I had a baby a year ago and hadn’t gotten it on my other birth control either. All in all I’m really happy with the product and love that we don’t have to go through the hassle of doc appts just for BC.

When I stayed consistent, I felt confident using it. On days I was late, I didn’t feel as secure. I didn’t notice any changes in my cycle. Overall, Opill is a good option if you want something accessible, affordable, and hormone-light, as long as you can commit to taking it consistently. I've been on opill for a YEAR. A YEAR. And I'm still bleeding for almost two weeks. It'll show signs of stopping and nothing will come out and then boom. Blood all over everything. Had horrible weight gain and horrible acne. I'm very emotional to the point my boyfriend thinks I'm bipolar. I'm always hungry and I can't seem to quit eating due the increase of the appetite it gave me. My stomach always hurts now and I'm super sensitive to foods now, like dairy products. I'm either constipated or having serious diarrhea. I'm always bloated, there's never a break with the birth control. I cannot wait to switch. Do not recommend.

Didn't seem to help with hormone regulation or hormonal outbreaks much. May take more time with it to see improvements with that possibly. Not sure. Seems to be a decent over the counter oral contraceptive. Little pricey , when health clinics and most insurance will cover it for free. So not too sure , it's the best option for some. As far as effectiveness and quality , I would give it a 7/10. I did like the fact that I didn't notice any adverse side effects from taking it.
