Recently, before I tried Opill, I got off my prescription and was looking for another option. I love the convenience of getting Opill. So much easier than getting a prescription. Unfortunately though, the pill didn’t work for me…not on the contraceptive side of things but on the side effects side of things. I noticed some pretty major hair loss, skin blemishes/pimples, and hormone/immune system flare ups. On my period, I also had heavy cramps and pain—which I hadn’t had in years. All in all, for some I think it’s a great option. But for me, it unfortunately isn’t something I’ll be moving forward with.

This is sooo convenient. Make sure to read the directions for us because they are a bit different than other pills!

Prior to the Opill I was living off faith, trust, and pixie dust! 29F I've been on two other pills prior to this one at different times in my life and they all made me feel INSANE. I hated the way they made me feel. To the point where family had to intervene cause they could tell something was wrong. I've been on it consistently since June 2024 and it has helped regulate my periods SO SO much and best of all, I feel normal while on it. I haven't experience any crazy symptoms that the others made me feel. Best part is, I no longer have to have anxiety about possibility getting pregnant (at least while using the product correctly). The peace of mind to have a product that is ACCESSIBLE and works!! 10 out of 10 I completely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I can say about these pills is that they are very good, they did not leave me with any adverse symptoms after consuming them and I do not feel any discomfort as I did with others. They are an excellent option to use to protect a pregnancy

First of all, this is a wonderful step ahead in women’s health, in access to women’s health, and overall a win for women’s reproductive health. The pill is tiny, very easy to take as it is tasteless. I did not notice any significant side effects to the pill in three months. In terms of effectiveness, I guess unless you are expecting a baby, the pill is effective!! This pill is progesterone based birth control, which is safe for most people. However, with any medication, it is safe to see a doctor if you notice any side effects. Overall, I would recommend this birth control, simply for the ease of accessibility that it offers, and because it appears to be safe for most women. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was taking Lo Loestrin Fe prior to testing out this product which is a full birth control pill. The switch just did not agree with my body. I had a lot of nausea and headaches after switching and my period lasted longer than normal. I’m sure it works great for others, just not me. Aside from that, I love the packaging, and it came with a cute pouch to put your pills in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product to test out. Let me tell you so far so good I can honestly say I am not pregnant. A month not pregnant is a good month. They didn’t have any more side effects as any other birth control pill which is to be expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted this to work for me, but I think the levels in it weren’t effective enough. I took this for three months, and I got a full-blown period each of those months. The first time I thought it was normal as I adjusted to it, but after three months, I was scared it wasn’t offering me the protection against pregnancy that I needed. I’m sure this works for some people, it just didn’t work for me.
