I didn't get the water weight that I usually get from other contraceptives. The pill is very small so it is simple to take for anyone that struggles with swallowing pills. They give you a small carry pouch to always have the pill accessible while also giving you a daily reminder sticker with tips to improve results. I am without child so I would say it has been effective after 3 months. I was sent this adorable cup and it's one of my favorites! I know it's an added bonus but this contraceptive is an A+ for me. They are 98% effective and full prescription strength. I love that we finally have this available OTC for women in the US. It’s reasonably affordable and easily accessible. The pill is small, pre dosed and easy to swallow. Overall it has worked great for me no side effects!
