I have not had any side effects since I started these. No cramps, acne, nothing. If I didn't have insurance I would definitely recommend and purchase these! They come in a one month supply and a three month supply (they also come with a cute little bag to keep them in). I had the three month box, it had the bag. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent opill in exchange for my honest and I have to say after taking it for quite a while (little under 3 months) IM NOT PREGNANT! Isn’t that what you want out of birth control yes absolutely, also as a person with mental health issues (bipolar being one of those) most birth control pills, shots and patches cause me to become depressed or moody (more than usual). However opill caused me no issues mentally, it also caused my period to be considerably lighter (note: I am one of those lucky woman whose period last 3 days with day two being extremely heavy and bringing out the worst cramps and a migraine on at least 2/3 days). Since opill made my 2nd day extremely lighter, going from 1 super tampon w/ a pad every 45-60 mins before I leaked thru my underwear & pants to lasting 2.5-3 hours with no risk of leaking. I absolutely will continue using opill.

This did give me side effects. I got a lot more moody on this birth control than the one I'm normally on easy to take just once a day with water trying to get at the same time every day I suggest for people who cannot go to doctors or prescription birth control is too expensive.

I love that you don’t need a prescription for it, which I think is very helpful for women that can’t go into see a doctor and get a prescription. I didn’t notice any side affects, but the only one downside is you HAVE to take it at the exact same time everyday but that’s very minor. Overall I think it’s great that women can get birth control over the counter now!

I have 3 months using this and no side effects, no pregnancy, I don't have my period since I started it. I was advise to use iud for easy way cause opill you must drink it every day at the same time. One week on iud almost die with pain and bloody . I'm back to opill !
