I usually stay away from pills, because you have a window to remember to take them, and I don't have time for it. I started them at 2:30 am, which isn't a problem because I'm a night owl. There were times where I slept through my alarm and could take them at the desired time, or where I had to take them up to 2 hours early or 2 hours late. They definitely helped as I broke an almost 5 year abstinence journey and needed these for that added security to prevent an unwanted pregnancy. My periods were normal and I can't recall any symptoms that I experienced. I ended up switching to the shot just because I didn't want to keep stressing about taking the pills on time or having to use a plan b after not taking them during the correct window. I would definitely purchase these and recommend them to others.

Perfect timing for this OTC pill to be made available, without the hassle of acquiring a prescription/seeing a doctor/other. These pills are very user friendly, as long as you find a time of day that works for you to take consistently. One pill a day. I experienced some minor side effects during my transition from the combo pill to these, but nothing major at all. Very much recommend for those looking for an oral contraceptive!

However, I found that this particular pill wouldn’t allow me to have a regular cycle and I like to have my regular monthly period and this also didn’t help with my migraines. I know that this does say that it is good for women with migraines because I read the fact sheet before I tried this pill but it wasn’t good for me. I will say that I love that this is an easily accessible option for all women because you can purchase this over the counter and I truly believe this will be a blessing for other women. Honestly, I gave these a good trial took them every day even while I gained weight. I gained 15 pounds in 3 months, I need to get my hormones tested because that’s a lot of weight to gain. I’m not blaming the pills, it probably helped me realize I have an underlying issue I need to deal with. Could be pre-menopausal. Anyways, otherwise these are a great contraceptive pill that are more readily accessible and available which is awesome! Thank you for letting me try these!

The pills are very small and easy to swallow. I didn’t have any side effects while taking these pills. Opill has been very effective in preventing pregnancy.

I did get my next menstrual. So we will see if it helps in that department. I Normally get horrible cramps but I did not this time so that is already a plus. I plan to use this next 3-6 months as I know it can take 3-4 months for it to effect my menstrual.

The fact that you can get this birth control without a prescription is huge to so many women in this country. I didn’t notice any major side effects that I haven’t with other birth control such as nausea. Again being a trial. For birth control it’s hard to say if those are true side effects or if that’s also something else with someone’s health I would definitely recommend this to anybody who needs birth control but cannot see a doctor. Pregnancy is no joke and it is so important to take the steps to keep yourself safe.
