Very firm, but I sleep like a rock ever since I got it. Great support in all the right places so I don't wake up sore like I had been for years with my previous mattress. I might add a thin topper just to soften it up a little, but have been sleeping on it for the past month without so might just live with it. So far worth every penny and a great buy for the price. The frame with it was fun and easy to put together and is sturdy, leaves lots of great storage space underneath.

The box it came in was close to 100lbs and the mattress is rolled and wrapped. As the wrapping is removed, the mattress begins to expand and take shape. My suggestion is to cut the wrapping off in the room it's meant for. There are no handles to grip when moving it so it's somewhat difficult to pick up and move. Definitely a 2 person job. All in all, worth the set up and 2 week wait for delivery. I recommend- very comfortable!!

I am very impressed with this mattress purchase so far. I have been using it for just about one month and my adjustment period was minimal. Affordable price for great quality. I am a heavier person so ordered the full sized hybrid for more support and I’ve had no problems. If possible, I do recommend having another person to help unpack it as it would make it easier. I would buy another one!

This is a sturdy well made mattress and you just can not beat the price. I think these are the perfect mattresses for kids rooms and secondary bedrooms. In fact, I moved our 800 mattress into our guest room and ordered my son this mattress and he likes it so much better. I

For the price this is overall a great mattress, is has sub-par edge support (if you sleep near the edge you will fall), but I am about 235lbs and have lower back problems and this mattress is COMFORTABLE. Not worth spending money on a name brand mattress when there is quality like this out there for hundreds of dollars cheaper.

This is the third Zinus I have purchased, two for guest rooms and one for my son. EVERYONE who has stayed at our house (and my son) positively comments that they LOVE this mattress and had a great night of sleep. Even two friends who have difficulty sleeping at night! The fact that is was delivered...and so easy to put on the bed and how it opens made it so much easier than buying at a store and paying delivery fees. I did need someone with bigger muscles than mine to take up up a flight of stairs. But I was able to angle it onto the bed frame and open it myself. Being a person who sews clothes since I was in 5th grade (now 63) I can attest to the quality fabric and substantial stitching on this product. The price is low if you consider the quality of product. Thanks Sam's for carrying this product.

The mattress was delivered in a box and was really surprised how well it inflated to the queen size mattress. Super happy that it has no chemical based materials and has/had no chemical smells! It did take me a couple of days to adjust to the firmness but my old mattress lost that stability. So far I'm very pleased with this mattress.

This mattress went into my RV and turned out to be very comfortable. Maybe I should have bought the 13 inch model, but I am quite happy with the icoil 12 inch. Paid about 25% of what I spent on the store bought mattress and see no difference in sleep.

I purchased the Zinus Night Therapy iCoil 12 inches Euro Box Top Spring Queen Mattress set about a week ago and I have slept on it 3 nights so far. I love the softness that this bed combo has to offer, I just can not deal with the heat transfer from the mattress itself. I would suggest to the company to make this mattress a Cooling mattress. Each morning after sleeping on this mattress, I woke up in drenched in sweat.

This is a very good FIRM mattress. The family is happy as we bought two. Be careful when you release it from the plastic wrap. Be sure you are not in the uncoil path. The only thing I would like is for it to have a stiff edge which makes it easier to get in and out of bed. Great price!
