Good: The 5 programmed modes, start a process, walk away to accomplish other tasks then return. Good supply of accessories such as the food processor parts, increasing functionally. For the most part mixed and blended well enough. Not so Good: A phantom power device, unacceptable for anything not being used. Blender has no power switch. The Motor Base (as described doesn't mention that it requires hearing protection when operating. This WILL damage hearing). Mainly attributed to a cheap brushed motor with overheating windings. All that is needed an quality induction motor with ON OFF switch, Heavy Glass or Stainless Steel mixing containers with full stainless steel blades. No one needs to look inside while a blender, blends. After one week of home use, was unusable. Sadly, it needed to go.

Great product. I have owned one for years and recently bought two for gifts. Three appliances in one.

We have made smoothies, bowls and cookies so far and all have been so easy with the Ninja. My smoothie has never been so silky smooth!

love it for making single or double serving smoothies. Easy to clean, I love that the blades come out so you can wash the jars without getting cut.
