All components work great, very useful, but it did not come with blades for processing cheese, veg, etc. Apparently that is another set you would buy. Misleading marketing.

I couldn't be happier. Crushes ice no problem. Food processor is wonderful in helping prepare my ingredients for my meals. Do advise to wash the blades with a long handle brush as they are like razors.

It was bought to make smoothies as a diet supplement. It was wonderful the first four and then it quit working. We had registered it and contacted Ninja and they are sending out a new base. I would like to give the 5 stars on what it did at first and 5 stars to Ninja for saying they will send a replacement, hoping it all goes well. We have 2 other Ninja products and they are amazing, that is why we went with this for the smoothies.

I love Ninja kitchen systems. This one was a gift for my granddaughter. It was the main thing on her Christmas list. She can use the food processor to puree ingredients for baby food, the cups are great for her personal protein shakes and the Ninja does a perfect job. This is the 3rd one i have gifted to a family member, after buying myself one a few years ago. It so simple to mix up a cake or a batch of cookie dough with the dough blade. Chopping fruits and vegetables is simple with the blades. Of course the blender with it's multi-level blades does a great job crushing ice or making shakes and smoothies.

We bought this on sale for my daughter and her boyfriend who are vegans and they are loving it! I had $35 in Sam’s cash that sweetened the deal but honestly it worth it even at full price, My daughter said it was her favorite gift from anyone this year. They’re early 20s so it could have been a real miss but they use it every day. It’s very powerful for all their blending and chopping needs. They especially like the smaller cups. Easy to clean with warm, soapy water and a push of the button. We have an older model that is 7 years old and still going strong. Highly recommend this product!

We LOVE our blender system! I use it every morning to make smoothies and we use it to make bread dough. My son uses it to make salsa and to chop veggies. It is a great price and shipping was fast. We got free shipping, because we are plus members. Would definitely buy again.
