I love this blender. We use it for everything: smoothies, food processing and blending and purees. We already had a Ninja but upgraded and we are more than happy with our purchase. Free and quick shipping was a bonus.

Multiple uses. We have already tried the cookie dough and it worked out well. We’ve made smoothies and it’s worked out well. we even crushed ice and made snow! Good investment

This is truly the best blender I have ever owned. It is great at chopping ice for frozen drinks or blending any other drinks. The food proessor is fabulous also.

Great machine. Highly recommend! It was on sale which game me added incentive to get this and I am glad I did. Great for making smoothies and is a fantastic food processor too.

Love my new machine. I haven't found anything I can't do with it. Got it as a great price too! I have there creami too that I got on sale at Sam's. I love them both and use them both everyday!

Just unboxed this and tested all the functions with just soap and water (have to wash before using for food). Everything seems to work fine. BUT I discovered that it does not have a shredder/slicer plate! I just assumed all food processors had this so it was a shock. Am debating whether to return or not because I used the slicer/shredder disc on my old food processor quite frequently.

I've owned 3 of these. I should have stopped buying them after the first one. I had to replace each one after 1 to 2 years. There are several reasons that I would not recommend these. The first is that the cups warp too easily. We wash them in the top rack of the dishwasher & invariably, it's only a matter of time before they warp anyway. The 2nd reason is that the black cutting/blending bottom piece eventually starts to make a horrible noise that sounds like the bearings are gone (if it even has bearings). After that starts, the unit is no longer usable. The 3rd reason is that Ninja keeps changing the design every time. We have to throw everything away from the previous machine since nothing is compatible with the new machine. That has been true for all 3 machines that we've owned. We bought a cheap Hamilton Beach blender for smoothies to replace the last Ninja. HB has a glass jar, so there's less plastic getting chopped up in the process, unlike the Ninja, which is entirely plastic other than the blade.
