They are exactly as described, but with a thick casing. Smokey? Yes. Jalapeno bite? Yes. Greasy sausage? Yes. If cut into slices, no problem. If bitten into like a hotdog, expect a very thick casing and your bite size might pull a big hunk of insides out and burn your mouth/lips.

These sausages rock, they are so delicious! I only buy food with straight forward simple ingredients and these sausages fit the bill perfectly. There are no chemicals with hard to pronounce names added and that really comes through in the flavor. Definitely in my top 3 favorite products at Sam's Club.

First of all, these sausages taste good, which is the most important thing. Here's one convenient way I like to use them: They're fully cooked, so you can cut them up and use the little pieces in a salad. When I take the sausages home, I rewrap and freeze them. If I feel like making a big salad with a bit of meat in it, I'll defrost a couple, cut them up, and mix the pieces in. They go nicely in salad.

Delicious! The flavor is amazing and the cheese is so creamy. YUMMY! I recommend and have given packages to family and friends for them to try. I am hoping they did not discontinue these, since I have not seen them in my Fargo Sam's Club store. I usually boil them so the cheese stays inside the smoked sausage. ENJOY

We like to throw these on the grill for our weekly friends&family get togethers. We typiclly get a different brand jalapeno cheddar sausage but after trying these we all agreed these were better. Perfect balance of spice and cheesiness and a lot less greasy than our other brand. We plan on having these a lot this summer.

Tasted these when I was at Sam's Club shopping and oh my gosh, they were good! I had to buy a pack! They were juicy, flavorful, and the right amount of spicy. I made them for breakfast with scrambled eggs, chef's kiss! Also made them with a marinara pasta and they did not disappoint! Will definitely be back to stock up on more!

These sausages are great, truly delicious! I'm a sausage fan and I've eaten a lot of different sausages, the vast majority of which have been average, mediocre. These sausages are a huge step above with a wonderful balance of smoke, spice, and cheesiness. They're even great for breakfast. I split them down the middle and cook them on the griddle with my eggs until they get a nice char or I'll cook them on a grill to throw in a bun with whatever toppings I'm in the mood for (chili, mustard and onions, sauerkraut, etc). OBTW, they freeze quite well. I lay them out on a cookie sheet and freeze them individually, then transfer them to a resealable bag so I can get them out one at a time without having to worry about finishing the whole package before they go bad.

bought these to use for some work lunches & i was extremely disappointed. tried them a couple times in the air fryer & came out so-so. tried a 3rd time baked & were much better, but still lacking. to me the sausage is just not seasoned well. it seems like good quality meat, but just lacks flavor. i can not recommend.

These sausages are delicious! Hint of spice and cheesiness. Highly recommend.
