Our family prefers the version without Jalapeños which they seem to no longer make. Not everyone wants to sear their tastebuds off their tounges.

Hated them. Very hard and tough casing. The cheddar is way too oooey gooey as well. Will not be able to finish these. Will try to give them away.

These are fantastic sausages! Great flavor with some spice. No bites with that hard nasty gristle. Just wonderful sausages.

Something has changed and these have a strange taste now. I’ve bought these for a couple years %26 with the last package, taste %26 texture is off.

The last package of these i got seemed to have extra peppers in them. I like this sausage very much, just be prepared for the heat.:)

Love the flavor and texture. Not too spicy. I usually just put them in a bun how ever I tried them in charro beans and they fire.

I like em a lot. But the same brand without the jalapeño I liked even better. what happened to them? can't find em any more. Discontinued?

I am not usually a Jalapeno lover, but these smoked sausages are outstanding. The jalapenos are not overpowering and the cheddar cheese does an excellent job of mellowing the jalapeno burn. I always eat these wrapped in a fresh cooked tortilla.

Can’t believe how good these are.
