These are tasty and have limited ingredients without chemical preservatives. Smoke level is just right, jalepeño flavor without too much heat and a snappy natural casing. I hope you start offering additional flavors!

Did not care for the taste and the cheese just seemed to stick to your teeth. Ended up peeling the casing off and turning it into ground pork which we used in our spaghetti sauce. Then it was tolerable.

Like the flavor but the texture is too mushy for me. Will not buy again. Going back to Kountry Boys sausage. Wish this store would carry the Kountry Boys venison sausage. It's lower fat and great taste.

Tasted these when I was at Sam's Club shopping and oh my gosh, they were good! I had to buy a pack! They were juicy, flavorful, and the right amount of spicy. I made them for breakfast with scrambled eggs, chef's kiss! Also made them with a marinara pasta and they did not disappoint! Will definitely be back to stock up on more!

They are exactly as described, but with a thick casing. Smokey? Yes. Jalapeno bite? Yes. Greasy sausage? Yes. If cut into slices, no problem. If bitten into like a hotdog, expect a very thick casing and your bite size might pull a big hunk of insides out and burn your mouth/lips.

casing so tough hard to pierce with fork. difficult to eat in a bun- causes grease to spill while tearing off a bite. casing feels like chewing up a plastic bag along with the meat. pork looks ok but does not chew up like a good smoked sausage should, extremely chewy and sort of stringy but also mushy...

bought these to use for some work lunches & i was extremely disappointed. tried them a couple times in the air fryer & came out so-so. tried a 3rd time baked & were much better, but still lacking. to me the sausage is just not seasoned well. it seems like good quality meat, but just lacks flavor. i can not recommend.
