The flavor is great but I didn't notice much of a difference in my hair skin or nails

I bought these and I couldn't get paste the taste to take them I hated them because do the taste

I have been using this ever since I discovered them years back great for hair and nails

To be honest, I won't say I've noticed anything with this product but it's fruity and chewy.

The gummies are good but it's not worth the extra sugar. Just take a regular vitamin.
