I didn't see too much results but the taste of the gummy was good I stop taking it because I'm pregnant and I don't know if is safe

I have tried it and it does its job, love the flavor, I have notice some change mostly in my hair and nails, the are getting strong

I feel like it made my nails grow not so much my hair. I do feel good taking them though I never had any issues.  they also taste really yummy. 

I think these work pretty good on hair growth. I'm going to try the capsules next time since these have sugar and carbs.
