I used this product for well over a month and didn’t see any results, in fact I had more breakage with my nails then I had before

I liked the way they worked, and could definitely see a difference, but I was not a fan of the smell and the way that it tasted lol

I like that they are not gross tasting and taste good but they barley do anything in my opinion and are very greasy feeling to me
