I’ve taken these on and off. I like the taste, easy to take. It’s alittle on the pricey side but did notice my hair and nails being healthier

Does makes a difference Stronger nail, stronger hair I do have sensitive skin so when having biotin my skin would reacts and got some breakouts sadly
