Didn’t see much a difference using these but the flavor and texture weren’t bad. Maybe I needed to use it for longer to see results

This vitamins help your skin, nails, and hair grow better. They taste amazing, kinda like strawberries. Highly recommend if you hate taking pills!

Only complaint is I need manicures more often! Nails growing faster & hair is much stronger. More affordable than many hair/nail supplements.

Flavor isn’t ideal but they work i believe. They smell very foul though. The smell is pretty horrific but if you don’t care then this is for you!!!
