Amazing tasteful gummies , they actually work too! I recommend this !(: overall I love it and enjoy it.

I have been taking these for half a bottle now, I haven’t noticed any change in my hair, skin or nails.

This gummy tastes so yummy just like candy. I did not notice any changes since taking this vitamin yet. But well, I rather to eat this over candy😅

Basically vitamin B in a palatable gummy form. I don’t really notice any significant improvements in hair, nail, and skin condition though.
